Can the store in Moscow ever have extra crispy chicken during dinner time? I have ordered many times for dinner and told they have no extra crispy. Customer service is nonexistent at this store. Just shrug the shoulders and not fix the problem.

This particular store never has enough bone in chicken. Not only do they constantly run out or don't cook enough, but they let you sit there for a half hour before reconciling with the customer. Under staffed or poorly managed either way do not expect fried chicken from this Kentucky Fried Chicken!!

They closed the lobby 30 min early, didn't have any food besides sides and chicken strips 40 minutes before close. They should close @10pm not close fryer and everything 40min before close. Not good service...

Suboptimal services and quality, it’s not customer’s fault that they ordered something in apps but is no longer available in the store, and say “oh we can’t do anything you need to call customer service and fight for the refund yourself, or just accept whatever leftovers we have here” If you keep running out of menu items why don’t you just stopping accepting online orders altogether? The female manager was really cold and unsympathetic about this, no apology, no better solutions offered, just straight up leaving us aside after handing over a phone number, we thought she’s gonna take care of it but find out she’s all done with us after waiting for another 5 minutes
Pulled into the drive through and there was one person in front of us. Paid at the window and was told that we would need to pull around the front of the store since our food(3pc tender combo w/fries & biscuit and a famous bowl) and was taking longer than expected. They then asked to pull around the front of the restaurant and they would bring our food out. Get around to the front to find 6 other vehicles. While waiting for food there was at least one other vehicle sent from the drive through to wait in front of the store. This has happened to my husband and I every time we have gotten food at this establishment in the last year. Paid for our food at 6:18 PM and received it at 6:32 PM. When we left there was still one person was waiting that had been in front of us.

This place is shockingly terrible. They make simple mistakes like give your order to someone else, or missing pieces from your order. Things like that. They are very slow even there wasn’t a lot of people.

Ownership needs to get this place better staffed and ir supported. Whoever was team lead and or on drive tonight handled a very busy rush with grace and kindness. Two call outs led to a very stressful night for the staff but they all were working so hard.
