Ownership needs to get this place better staffed and ir supported. Whoever was team lead and or on drive tonight handled a very busy rush with grace and kindness. Two call outs led to a very stressful night for the staff but they all were working so hard.

I wish I could put zero stars a warnings lol. I’ve finally had the last straw lol. I’ve been coming to this KFC for about three years and every single time, it’s been horrible. They can’t seem to get my order right unless it’s something so simply like a pot pie. Rude staff onto of it. Seriously just go to Safeway’s deli fried chicken, way better and it’s in the same parking lot.

Every time I come here, literally every time, all the time, I have to pull around to the front to wait on something basic, like fries - things that are ordered all the time. Or they are out of something - like chicken nuggets. Chicken. KFC. Out of a Chicken product.

Ordered online arrived 8 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, told it would be another 20 minutes. Why order online? Asked for a refund and was given a phone number. By the time they asked for my information 3 times (30 minutes) it was too late to cancel my order. I now have to wait for them to call me to maybe get my money back. I will never go to KFC again.

The worst KFC in history in all aspects. Customer service is seriously lacking. They work at sloth speed to put orders together. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to come to the front counter to assist someone. Food quality is questionable last potatoes tasted like they made it with dirty toilet water. It is very rare that orders I pick up are done within 10 minutes after my pickup time. Should be done by the time it says.. not 10 min to somehow an hour after. This business wouldn't be in business if it weren't for KFC logo.

Tried to make a complaint about a sign with improper grammar. A manager named Haley didn't even listen to my complaint and just walked away before I even said anything. The sign is a small thing but not even listening and walking away is terrible service.
