Master's Touch Woodworking provided us with an exceptional quality and experience. Though they are very busy, they were able to fit us in, as we were a smaller project. The entire process, from initial contact to meeting, to measuring and production and install was seamless. Communication is very quick and thorough. The fellows who were on site were professional, skilled, careful ,and neat in our home. It was a pleasure to work with everyone, and we hope we were not "too needy" as it was our first venture into a home project like this! Our home is a 1960's home, and our goal was to match the style of cabinetry and aesthetic, and that occurred beautifully! We are super excited to see if they can do our half bath in the same style next year... Some of the systems and materials in our 22 year old sorority house are wearing out. Master's Touch built new soft-close drawers for a cupboard, where the existing drawers simply fell apart. The laminate is no longer available, so Master's Touch built the drawers with a contrasting laminate, which matched the trim on the rest of the cupboards beautifully. Isaac and the team at Master's Touch did a beautiful job of designing and installing cabinets and countertops for our remodel project. From a completely redesigned kitchen, a new bath design upstairs, refitting the downstairs bath, to a media cabinet and a custom top for a pony wall...it all turned out absolutely beautiful and is exactly what we wanted. This was one of the worst experience’s I have ever had with a business. The owner was very rude. He personally mismeasured two kitchen cabinet doors that we were having replaced. When he came back to remeasure a redo the doors he was very rude and short. He was initially hired to come up with a solution for hanging a cabinet door as well, that would require a special hinge, he did not complete that, but yet charged us for the labor as if he had actually done anything. Two cabinet doors cost $500 and they aren’t even the correct measurements. When they were trying to install the original cabinet doors, the installer broke a water line to the fridge. The installer was able to get the water line fixed in the same day, but the owner wanted to charge us for the labor of fixing that. They did end up dropping the charge for the labor of that repair. It also took 5 months to get the two mismeasured cabinet doors. I would NEVER use this company again!

In the scheme of things we were a smallish job for Master’s Touch, but we received the care and workmanship of a big job.People with limited budgets for a remodel might not realize they can afford custom work. Isaac’s insights and experience were critical in getting a great outcome on a limited budget. Their crews, especially Tim, went above and beyond creating a beautiful and functional kitchen! Isaac and the crew with Master's Touch were a pleasure to work with. We moved to Pullman in July and quickly realized we needed to do something about our kitchen. We were recommended Isaac and Master's Touch by our real estate agent and couldn't be more thankful. Isaac came in and provided us multiple options for updating our kitchen. In the end we chose a complete gut and remodel. Through the whole process he and his crew were polite, communicated well, were professional, respectful in taking care of our house during construction, and produced an amazing finished product. Love love love this cute place! The focaccia bread for the sandwiches is SO good!!! Soups are delicious too. Everything is fresh and made with care. ❤️

Tasty, fresh, good food. I've been impressed with everything I've had, mostly soup and sandwiches, from this restaurant. A big thumbs up and recommendation to eat here.

Just perfect. The food is always comforting and delicious. My sandwich was so good I didn't want people to bother me while I ate. I just wanted to savor it.
