I've eaten at multiple Hawaiian plate restaurants in Hawaii and somehow they still don't compare to Loco Grinz! I get the Kalua pork + Mac salad + white rice and it's incredible. Ambiance is meh and you'll probably see 5 people you went to high school with while there but it's worth it.

1st time here. I has the bbq teriyaki chicken. Rice and mac salad. The rice is super sticky. I love sticky rice. So if you like fluffy loose rice. This isn't it. The chicken had the perfect char. And the nun spicy sauce was great. Only thing id say was missing is flavor in Mac salad. No flavor. Maybe its me. But all i was eating was mayonnaise. But over all. Service was good. You do need to bus your used plates. So keep that in mind too. Ill be back. Good job

This is seriously good Hawaiian BBQ. I got the BBQ chicken and rice. It was so delicious. The BBQ chicken was tender, perfectly cooked with a great char.

Got the short ribs with Mac salad and rice. Ribs were really good. A lil greasy. Mac salad; don't do it. Rice was ok I guess. Ordered to go. Container has no separate so all the food gets mixed inside. The protein was the main star but i feel like you can judge a Hawaiian spot by their Mac. Also they have Tabasco, instead of Sriracha, damn Idaho.

Short ribs were flavorful but slightly burnt. I paid extra for the noodles and they were delicious! Slightly too salty for me but probably good for most people. I also paid extra for veggies but they were not good. I'm sorry I don't like broccoli stems and whatever the yellow pieces were. I really ordered it to get some veggies in my life but skip that. They had two machines to order so great for people like me who like to take their time to look at all the options. There were 3 staff members and they seemed quite busy with a bunch of orders. Street parking was fairly easy right before dinner time.

The best Hawaiian food I’ve had outside Hawaii. We lived here when they opened and came back and it’s still every bit as good. The Kalua Pork/Pulled Pork is phenomenal. The noodles are my favorite side. Good chicken and loco moco too. It’s hard to go wrong.

They make the only mac salad that I like, and it's amazing!
LocoGrinz offers great Hawaiian food and good service. Ordering is done through a tablet and not with a person. LocoGrinz can get busy during the week around lunch time so plan accordingly. We were here on Thursday at 1:00pm and waited about 30 minutes after ordering. Mac Salad and Spicy Beef were great. We will be back here again.

LocoGrinz has to be one of the best fast food restaurants in the Moscow/Pullman area. It is a very affordable place to eat and they serve you enough food to have leftovers. The food is great too! I would highly recommend going there if you are a fan of Hawaiian BBQ style food.
