Tbh when they were open they had horrible customer service the three times I’ve been in. Tried giving them a chance because I always want to support small businesses but every time I walked into a completely empty restaurant and waited astonishingly for sub-par food all three times visiting through out the years. Waited a while to get seated. Waited even longer to get our orders taken. Waited... again... to get our food. Waitress forgot our appetizer which we ended up canceling at that point out of sheer frustration. Food was cold when we were served and had definitely been cheapened since we were last there. And on top of all that our gift card was not honored with the change in ownership. This restaurant used to be my go-to when wanting to go out to eat. I will not return.
I was really disappointed with my food from Mad Greek. The meat slices were way to thick and they grilled the meat. I have never had a gyro with grilled meat in my life. The toppings were also low quality. I miss the traditional gyros I could get in the city I moved from. Honestly, I got a better gyro from Arby’s than I did from Mad Greek.
