We visited on a very busy parents weekend when everywhere was a long wait. We got right in, and despite also being very busy, our wait was not terrible. It was a beautiful morning so we found a seat on main street and enjoyed our breakfast with out child before we headed home. The bagels were DELICIOUS with tons of options. Will visit again!

Staff was pleasant. However, we ordered 6 breakfast bagels and they were so incredibly soggy we could only choke down half of it. Doesn't seem like they toast the bagels before making the sandwiches so beware before getting one here. (We ate the sandwiches right after they were made so them getting soggy had nothing to do with them sitting too long).

15 minute wait for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and it was not busy. disorganized. people who ordered after me were getting there'a before. not short staffed.... there was like 10 people working. then my bagel was cold.

Well my daughter has raved over the bagel shop. The wait was long and when we finally got our sandwiches my daughter pulls a long hair out of her sandwich.Talk about ruining a lunch. I told the girl at the register and handed her the hair. She offered to make a new one. And they did, i couldn't eat mine and my daughter couldn't eat the new one. The employees with their long hair hanging down need to put it in a ponytail or a hat very disgusting experience. I won't be back ruined my first time there.Update a year later- drove by and saw this shop and almost threw up. My daughter who Loved this great bagel shop has never been back either! Great way to lose customers. Hairy bagel sandwich. ???
