Initially I had a negative experience at One World Cafe, but they reached out and asked for a chance to make it right. I came by this morning and had a much better experience and was met with friendly, timely service. I'm happy to leave a good review! I've heard good things about this place. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to your customers!

Impeccable eggs Benedict. I came from out of town for a wedding and didn’t try One World Cafe until my second to last day in Moscow, and it was bar-none the best stop I made. I ended up ordering the next day also. Excellent cappuccino, (again) impeccable eggs Benedict, and the next day for our car ride out of town, the premade breakfast burritos were beyond expectations. I left 4 stars for customer service because they have two counters, one at each end of the cafe, and both visits it felt unclear which I was to use for what and that the staff seemed annoyed that I didn’t know which end to be at. Either way, I ended up with the food I ordered and was very tickled to eat it.

I honestly don't think Moscow could exist without One World Cafe.
Tasty food, pleasant staff, cool environment. Seemed a little pricey for the portion size
The outside seating slays.

A Moscow institution. Some of the best coffee and low-key best breakfast in town.

I've ordered there a couple times trying to get a veggie burrito.. Two times out of 3 they were out of it even though it was an orderable option on doordash. The second time i received no text or notification that the food was out and was just told to order something else when i got there. I've worked takeout before, its really not that hard to update your system when you're out of something. I tried to call in to talk to a manager but they said they were all busy. The first time they didn't have the burrito they said they were out of tortilla wraps. Really.. Out of tortilla wraps?? If you're gonna lie to my face at least make it somewhat believable. Its a cool spot with good food (the first time their veggie burrito was really good that's why i tried to keep ordering it) but they are incompetent. Maybe they need a dedicated takeout person i don't know. Or maybe they can just serve veggie burritos all day? How hard is it to make a egg potato burrito? How are they always running out of the most simple possible ingredients? I don't know. Seems like they don't care. Their pretzels are pretty good though so ill give them a 2 star.
