Fantastic food and drinks! Celiac certified and Benedetta is immensely knowledgeable. Everything that I've had here has been top notch, waffles, toast, smoothies, EVERYTHING is amazing!

Original 1 star: If you want an Acai Ice Bowl come here! Our Acai Bowl was literally all ice! This is by far the worst bowl I have ever had. The service was mid too.
Edit: Palouse Juice fixed their mistake and gave us a free bowl for the inconvenience. The owner is quite nice and cares for their customers. But, definitely needs to train their employees in making bowls and customer service.

I always appreciate going somewhere that is allergen friendly and this place takes the cake. It is one of very few places I can go with no risk of cross contamination, that is such a big deal for me. Honestly I have never had a bad experience. Staff greets you with a smile and are great at helping you find just the right thing.

We always enjoy a visit to Palouse Juice. We were treated like family from the first visit, and it is comforting to know that the food being served can be trusted to nourish as well as treat our family.

Our first time here, drinks were marked down to $6.99. We got two...but we were charged $19. We never heard or saw the total (the screen was never shown to us), not offered a receipt by the worker, and did not see the elevated credit card charge until later. Either we were mischarged or the worker helped herself to a generous tip? There's no signs stating gratuity is tacked on automatically.The Vandal Berry was meh, the Vandalicious was a little bit better, but not worth $19. The cryo chamber business at the back is weird. We will not be returning. Check your charges people!
