server was really nice. I got a california roll to try out the food before i ordered anything more and the crab meat was like a paste and had a super weird texture to it. Plus the rice seemed overcooked. They also gave us bottled water instead of cups which was a little odd. But they gave us hi chews with the bill which was a nice touch.

Got a teriyaki bento box, the rice and sushi tasted stale and the miso soup was pretty flavorless. I would recommend the Pullman location 10x more.

Ive eaten pad thai at every place in the area and this was the worst pad thai I have ever eaten. So sweet it made my head spin. It was pretty impressive how bad it was. Nice servers though.

My girlfriend and I went in 45 minutes before close as we just wanted to take 2 Thai teas for take out. We then got told that they put all of the ingredients away and were unable to make them. I would understand more if it was 15-30 minutes before close, BUT ALMOST AN HOUR? Come on! Seriously?!

Decent place for Korean food. Ramyeon with spicy level 4 is delightfully spicy. Satisfied with kimbap, could have been better if it was served with danmuji.

Me and my friends come here every Monday and we usually get the same server everyday and he’s wonderful. But this time we got Johnathan A. and he was a terrible server. My friend got the sweet and sour chicken not knowing that it had Pineapple on it and she’s allergic and when flagged the server down he came over and she kindly asked him if she can get orange chicken instead of the sweet and sour chicken because it had pineapple. He said that she had already eaten it, but for future reference all restaurants the sweet and sour comes with pineapple. With such an attitude and isn’t true as she has got sweet and sour at other restaurants that weren’t made with pineapple.

We just had the worst sushi ever from this place!! It tasted like stale gas station sushi. Red Bento is normally our favorite place for sushi for the area of Moscow, Pullman, and Lewiston so we were VERY disappointed after driving 45 minutes to eat here. The rice was very sticky with a strange flavor. The seaweed was extremely tough. The fish on my rainbow roll was very thinly sliced and only 2 types of fish with a strange yellow paste. We were given plastic portion cups to mix our soy and Wasabi. On top of that they were out of Diet Coke. This will be our lat visit to this location!!!

We have been several times and this past time we felt underwhelmed with everything. Not as good as it used to be. When it was in its brick and mortar location it was better!

I like this Red Bento more than the one in Pullman because they have ramen/udon dishes, and the prices are really good.

Over 10 years ago, I used to eat at the old Red Bento all the time. It was great. Just moved back to the area and was craving some sushi, so I went here. That was a big mistake. It's a sushi restaurant that has no sashimi. That should have been my first red flag, and thank god they don't. The quality of the fish in the rolls is horrifying. There is an art and a level of skill that goes into making sushi, and the rolls here show none of that. The composition of the rolls is lazy. If you have eaten sushi anywhere else in the world, do not eat here. They really don't serve anything deserving of the name sushi, might as well just eat gas station sushi. Also, I need to ask, what is with the ridiculous children's prop of a boat you serve your sushi rolls on? Do I look like a 6 year old? Just plain weird. The one thing I will comliment though, was that my server was good. He also seemed to sympathize that I was confused by the lack of sashimi. A lot of reviews complain about customer service, but in my case, that was the one pleasant part of the experience, and the food quality was not the servers fault.

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your server, Jonathan. As a truck driver who had been stuck behind your building for two days, I was truly hoping for a pleasant dining experience. Instead, I encountered rude and sarcastic behavior from Jonathan.
For example, when I first sat down, he brought me water without asking if I wanted it, which made me assume that was the only drink option, and I didn't even get a chance to look at a menu. When I then asked what other drinks you had, he responded sarcastically with, 'Can't you read?' These sarcastic remarks continued throughout my entire dining experience, which is not okay.
I hope management sees this and takes action to address this poor service.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. If you have ever had sushi anywhere in the world other than Moscow Idaho do not ever eat here. The fish is not fresh and tastes horrible. They are horribly inconsistent. This is one of the worst places to eat in all of Moscow.
