Excellent service, excellent food! I stepped out after ordering to-go and they even came over to deliver it to me

We have been several times and this past time we felt underwhelmed with everything. Not as good as it used to be. When it was in its brick and mortar location it was better!

I like this Red Bento more than the one in Pullman because they have ramen/udon dishes, and the prices are really good.

Over 10 years ago, I used to eat at the old Red Bento all the time. It was great. Just moved back to the area and was craving some sushi, so I went here. That was a big mistake. It's a sushi restaurant that has no sashimi. That should have been my first red flag, and thank god they don't. The quality of the fish in the rolls is horrifying. There is an art and a level of skill that goes into making sushi, and the rolls here show none of that. The composition of the rolls is lazy. If you have eaten sushi anywhere else in the world, do not eat here. They really don't serve anything deserving of the name sushi, might as well just eat gas station sushi. Also, I need to ask, what is with the ridiculous children's prop of a boat you serve your sushi rolls on? Do I look like a 6 year old? Just plain weird. The one thing I will comliment though, was that my server was good. He also seemed to sympathize that I was confused by the lack of sashimi. A lot of reviews complain about customer service, but in my case, that was the one pleasant part of the experience, and the food quality was not the servers fault.

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your server, Jonathan. As a truck driver who had been stuck behind your building for two days, I was truly hoping for a pleasant dining experience. Instead, I encountered rude and sarcastic behavior from Jonathan.
For example, when I first sat down, he brought me water without asking if I wanted it, which made me assume that was the only drink option, and I didn't even get a chance to look at a menu. When I then asked what other drinks you had, he responded sarcastically with, 'Can't you read?' These sarcastic remarks continued throughout my entire dining experience, which is not okay.
I hope management sees this and takes action to address this poor service.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. If you have ever had sushi anywhere in the world other than Moscow Idaho do not ever eat here. The fish is not fresh and tastes horrible. They are horribly inconsistent. This is one of the worst places to eat in all of Moscow.

The food was awesome! The Bento Boxes are perfect portions. Jonathan also did an excellent job serving us. I highly recommend the General Tso and Orange Chicken. We will be back in the future.

The sushi at Red Bento was disappointing, with stale fish/breading and an unbalanced ratio of rice to fillings and toppings. At its price point, it felt overpriced and underwhelming. We found the sushi at Safeway to be a better value. Note: We only tried the sushi and didn’t sample other menu items

It was okay. The service was good, and the food was okay. The shrimp tempura was good, decent sized prawns. The sauce was a bit salty. The main course was chicken katsu, it was alright, it had a good portion of chicken and rice and veggies the sauce was okay, and the sushi was okay the Wasabi was not as fresh but okay.

Every time I take my family in, the orange chicken is better than pandas, in both texture and flavor, while the yakisoba is also fresh and flavorful. The staff is always friendly and is happy to answer questions. It’s nice to be able to take my family out for dinner and not spend over $100. This is only for the Moscow location, the Pullman one is trash.

On a business trip and typically go to Asian type restaurants.
I ordered the chicken katsu and tempura bento box. There was a lot of food. The chicken katsu was thinly sliced, dry and smothered with katsu sauce.
Service was quite excellent.

Delicous! Sushi, ramen bowl and ramen stir fry we all had were fresh and very flavourful. Yum!

It was slow so the service was good and the food came out quickly. The server was nice and he seemed to enjoy his job and chatted with whom i assume are regular customers. Not the place to go for atmosphere unless you're a fan to televisions and and music fitted for the staffs preferences. I had the dragon roll, and am disappointed in the slivers of eel that was supposed to be a main attraction for the dish. Plum wine was good. So was the seaweed salad.
