I absolutely love this place! The food is exceptional, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and I love that they include gratuity in their prices so people are paid what they should be.So sad that they will be closed for a while as they move and can't wait to see their new place!

One of our favorite restaurants in the Palouse! I order the sweet corn humitas with the spicy green sauce every time I go. On this last visit we had an excellent bartender named Nick who treated us with a experimental pisco cinnamon drink. It was so tasty! Everything on the menu is fantastic but our personal favorites are lomo saltado and chaufa. Highly recommend this place, it's a gem.

We were visiting Moscow and were drawn to this restaurant by what we read on their website about their business practices and how they value equity among all employees. We also liked their farm to table sourcing. Our service at the restaurant as amazing and the food was phenomenal! The Peruvian dishes were an unexpected find in an Idaho town.

My wife and I ordered takeout while on an extended road trip, and we were impressed with the quality and the value. Her fettuccini scampi was creamy and savory with a hint of heat. My picante steak was rich and flavorful -- although not quite what I expected: chunks of steak and potatoes in a heavy sauce accompanied by white rice. We can say nothing about ambience since we are still social distancing, but phone service and delivery at the curb were both prompt and friendly.

The food in this restaurant (in February of 2021) is some of the best cuisine I've tasted in the Northwest! The Ribeye skewers were amazingly tender and the burgers are heavenly! Service was great and all the staff had a great positive charm. I would drive 30 miles to eat this food! Great job to the chef and staff!!! 5 Stars

Wether it's date night, birthdays, or just a night out to eat, sangria grille is the place to go. Wonderful atmosphere that extends from the front of the house all the way to the dishwashers. This is a place where you can go on a first or even tenth date. A wonderful Peruvian style with Mediterranean hints the food here is salivatingly delicious.
