This by far the worst sonics I've ever ate at. The service is the worst. It's a bunch of young kids that make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by even ordering food. And so condescending. They should make sure when they are insulting and making fun of paying customers that we can't see and hear them. We travel through Moscow regularly and this has been our experience every time. Moscow, idaho sonic this is my last visit to your establishment. Also it's not clean or organized 😕

the doordash menu is terrible. it’s always missing stuff, for example you can’t order a cookie dough blast or an oreo blast. not sure why. please fix it!
night shift is slacking, everytime i ordered a milkshake they always do it sloppy and not how it usually looks like, ordered m&m milkshake and got no m&ms at all ?

First as I order a triple smash burger he says, nope......uhhhhhh we don't have the patties. Our purchaser isn't good at his job. ? nothing i can do. K we have a back up order. He says uhhhhhhh and hangs up. Really? Now I gotta see what's next. We're going in.

Great onion rings and crispy chicken sandwiches. We did burn our mouths on the sandwiches so be careful:)
Parking: If you don't want to order at a stall there is plenty of parking since it's situated in the grocery store parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Fun old school drive in experience. Lots of unique drink options and the architecture is fun.

They never have the things we try and order. When they had a buy one get one sale on the blended Icecream they were out. They never have the small shake flavors, yet a mini is $2 more to order. Either the app or the store is horrible. Not worth our time.
