This place has kids working here that have no idea what their actions do. Me and my husband got food here and one of your Managers I repeat managers decided to put a hair in our burger purposely with his phone number and when we text the phone number and said there’s hair in my food, he responded a taste of my DNA so it was fully intentional what he did. I hope he gets fired.

My friends and I go here often and have “parking lot parties.” Aka we carpool in a couple different cars and all hang out in the drive in area. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always helpful. I only wish the managers could order the food so we aren’t disappointed when our favorites are out!

At this point it’s probably my fault for continuing to try this place for 3 years. 1/2 the time they don’t serve food and are out of everything and the other half of the time you will be here 45-60mins to get your food because they always have some technical issue and never get your order or get it correctly. If you manage to actually get your food it’s good, the only reason they got a star.

I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at the Sonic in Moscow, ID. I went through the drive-through and my order was completely inedible, tots were cold, the corn dog was hard, cold, and stale, and the chicken sandwich was not fresh at all. I ended up having to go inside to demand a refund, which took 20 minutes. While I was waiting, half the staff were in the back goofing off instead of working, which explains why both the food and service were terrible. I’ll never be back, and I strongly recommend staying away from this location if you don’t want to be disappointed.

My first time eating at a sonic believe it or not. They were out of smashers. So got supersonic cheese burger. All I got was a greasy burger with only the patties and the gross cheese they use. Also it looked like someone sat on it. Fires were good tho. When I was done there was no where to put my trash

I waited at least 10 minutes or more in the drive thru just to order! When i finally got to order there eetent super friendly or apologetic about my long wait. I ordered some pretzels and he asked if i wanted the cheese sauce to which i said yes. I then went and waited at the window for my food and after waiting i got thrown a bag of food. I pulled forward and checked it because of how rude they were. They forgot my cheese sauce, and the water i ordered and the sauce for my cheese sticks.......I went to the pull in and kindly said I was just thru the drive thru and they forgot said items....no apologies just said they would bring them out and again very rude about it!! I dont know what was going on but they weren't very busy and very rude.

The employees are always kind and probably go as fast as they can but they're always understaffed and often out of things. The fries and drinks are great! Just make sure you're okay with a wait for your food! Love that they have burgers for breakfast!

This by far the worst sonics I've ever ate at. The service is the worst. It's a bunch of young kids that make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by even ordering food. And so condescending. They should make sure when they are insulting and making fun of paying customers that we can't see and hear them. We travel through Moscow regularly and this has been our experience every time. Moscow, idaho sonic this is my last visit to your establishment. Also it's not clean or organized 😕

the doordash menu is terrible. it’s always missing stuff, for example you can’t order a cookie dough blast or an oreo blast. not sure why. please fix it!
