The only issue I have ever had was when a friend and I went in, my friend had asked for a type of drink, yet they couldn't rember the name and the cashier/employee said she knew what this drink was, and without mentioning the name of the drink, she rang it up. Had she mentioned the type of drink, my friend and I would have avoided a trip to the ER, as my aforementioned friend is allergic to an ingredient in the drink. We already knew this and the drink that my friend wanted was (obviously) different. This could have been avoided if the cashier/employee had asked if that was right or sounded right.
Dietary restrictions: There was a lack of assurance when we ordered. This led to my friend and I going to the ER. Can read the review I left.

Love this Starbucks Kiosk in Safeway! Baristas are always friendly, helpful, and polite! Coffee is so good, ? love the blonde espresso! And when you ask for extra hot they make sure it’s very hot :)))

They actually made my coffee extra hot like I ordered! Usually Starbucks coffee is Luke warm at best and when I order it extra hot it is barely warm enough. This time it was super nice and hot!

It's good but they fill half the cup with ice well the full cup? Also they are so expensive but out of all good drinks

This Starbucks is located just inside the Safeway entrance, and is just wonderful. It really makes a grand entrance into the store. I felt the overall service was personable and friendly. The atmosphere seemed warm and inviting. I ordered a latte which was excellent as always in most of the Starbucks I have visited. The front area was clean with an elaborate showcase of complementary sweets that enhanced the overall enjoyment of a very good cup of coffee. I will definitely be back as this was truly a good experience.

Sadly, I have changed my positive rating. Starbucks, please train your baristas better at this location! (Safeway Moscow, ID 83843) I avoid going there even though it's closer to my home. The espresso drinks are consistently bitter. As a busy mom of four kids, I don't have time to return every badly-made coffee drink. I wish I could attach a photo I took of my coffee today. It was a tall nonfat latte, but the milk was an ashen grey color. I could tell by the smell it was going to be bitter--sure enough, it was! And there was a full inch of cappuccino foam on top. Did I mention it was bitter?? :/ When I poured it down the drain (it was undrinkable, and I promise I'm not very picky about my coffee!), there was espresso sludge at the bottom of the cup! Yet another disappointment at this Starbucks location! :(

I go to this location on a regular basis. The service is always cheerful and efficient. One time a trainee made a poor coffee, actually undrinkable, and the trainer not only made a new cup for me, but gave me a coupon for a free one next time. I like it there.
