The service was ok. I understand it was busy, but the people that ordered behind me got their drinks first. Not to be petty or anything, but when my drink came out, it was not only taking a long time, but it was made incorrectly. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tasted more like a dirt spice latte. My bacon sandwich was made incorrectly as well, where everything was spilling out the sides of the sandwich. Low key should have pressed no tip, because all they do is throw my food in the microwave and cook some water. I left feeling incredibly unsatisfied. Almost feel like crying.

Team seemed short staffed and rushed, crew member who took my order was extremely nice and hospitable. But the crew member delivering my order was not. No eye contact just dropped my drink said my name and turned around. You have to have all point of contact be superb in order to get 5 stars. I did purchase a mug from Idaho!Thanks starbucks!

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would I don’t pay eight dollars for a coffee for it not to be made correctly and to be argued with about it. I’m a regular in Pullman and they can always make my drink absolutely perfect but for some reason, it’s this specific Moscow Store that doesn’t know how to make anything. Horrible customer service, horrible baristas, and the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Pullman location on Bishop Boulevard, but do not recommend this store.

Every time I turn around this location doesn’t allow for mobile orders!!!!!!! The moblie orders are turned off!!!!!!! What’s the purpose in that??? Makes no sense whatsoever for a stand alone shop!!!!!!!! I leave, & have left for a diff. store several times!!!!!!!! If y’all are that busy… Hire more ppl.!!!!!!!!!
My order was going to take about 20 minutes to complete through the app of no fault of the baristas. Instead of making me wait, the barista whipped up my vanilla bean creme in under a minute! Great service, excellent drink!! Thanks my dude!

Every time I go their which will be never again I get Pike or dark grande they are always out or give you half of each bunch of cold muck. Waited 15 minutes for a Pike today. I'll never go
