I don't remember the names of the ladies who helped me this morning, but it was about 10:45. I was having a terrible morning and I came in with three drinks I felt bad asking them to fix one of them and they were so polite. To these ladies I am sorry if I came off rude I was trying to hold back tears, but you were so sweet and kind even on my way out the door. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Placed an online order in the morning, but the employees must of been running. Waited 20mins but had to leave to get to work. Tried calling a few times to just get a refund and they just hang up on you lol. A little frustrating, had to call corporate to get my refund. Starbucks just isn't what it used to be.

Ordered two DECAF coffees; one for myself and one for my young teen. I ordered decaf because of my health and decaf because my daughter is too young for caffiene. Jerks didnt make them decaf and now my daughter is sick and my heart rate is through the roof. Cannot trust them to get your order right.

Don't eat breakfast!!! Gave me food poisoning was sicker then a dog 30 minutes after I ate there. I will never eat there again!!!

Best customer service here one specific lady was extremely kind I go here because it's healthier than fast food and they have oatmeal to help with cholesterol I sound old but this one lady the other day was so kind thank you made my day

The service was ok. I understand it was busy, but the people that ordered behind me got their drinks first. Not to be petty or anything, but when my drink came out, it was not only taking a long time, but it was made incorrectly. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tasted more like a dirt spice latte. My bacon sandwich was made incorrectly as well, where everything was spilling out the sides of the sandwich. Low key should have pressed no tip, because all they do is throw my food in the microwave and cook some water. I left feeling incredibly unsatisfied. Almost feel like crying.

Only two baristas inside, guy on drive through, I didn't catch his name :(, was friendly and knowledgeable and a good multitasker. You're a champ, bro, and (coming from a previous barista) the drink is perfect. :)

Team seemed short staffed and rushed, crew member who took my order was extremely nice and hospitable. But the crew member delivering my order was not. No eye contact just dropped my drink said my name and turned around. You have to have all point of contact be superb in order to get 5 stars. I did purchase a mug from Idaho!Thanks starbucks!
