I really dislike the order kiosk and lack of interaction with TB employees. I stood at the counter almost 5 minutes after my food was put on the shelf, waiting for a cup for my combo meal drink. When someone did come to the counter, I was asked, 'What do you want?'. said I'd like a cup... 'Didn't you get one already?'
Food-2 * It was Luke warm by the time I got a cup and sat down. Service-0 * Atmosphere-3 * Typical Taco Bell, dirty tables throught the seating area.
It is very unlikely that I will 'inconvenience' the folks at this location again!

It took 40 minutes to get my food and I ordered before 20 people who came in after and they make up an excuse that they are short staffed good food but bad service inside it is better to go through the drive thru i stead of going in that is why they are 3.4stars reviews other Taco Bell locations I have better service and staff but Moscow Idaho Taco Bell should have 1star review because they are not intelligent enough to hire more people

We came late after a shift and didn’t realize we came just a few minutes before close but the young gentleman still served us with such a great attitude though I’m pretty sure he was all alone. Thank you for extending your guys’ hours for us late night people! The service was fast and friendly
No humans to take order. Kiosk's card readers don't work worth a damn. Super frustrating ordering experience.

Purchased nachos drink and taco. The chips were rancid and smelled old when I opened them totally inedible. I called and told them and he offered to replace them if I come in now. Couldn't come in now and he thanked me for telling them then said nothing. 12 something for a meal I can't eat - never again.

Wow wow wow. I could not be more impressed by this Taco Bell. From the crew, to the quality of food, to the cleanliness, absolutely top tier. Stopped in during a road trip and the place was spotless, restrooms clean as a whistle. Then I get to the counter and the customer service from the young man was nothing short of exceptional. Wish I got his name so I could personally thank him on here. Then comes the food. Everything hot, fresh, and tasted amazing. Hats off to the manager of this restaurant, I come from a fast food background and know how challenging it can be at times. I will be back each and every time I’m driving through the Moscow area

It had the classic Taco Bell atmosphere that I love. Always a good time when we go to Taco Bell. The only problem is that sometimes I get random bits of food like lettuce or onion in my burrito that doesn't belong there. I also asked to get my food for here, but it came in a bag. It's not that big of a deal thought. My friend got the same order as I, but his burritos were grilled, and mine weren't. None the less, it was a good amount of food for not a lot of money, so that's a win.

Absolute awful experience tonight. Ordered at around 11:45 pm for delivery. Said it would arrive at 12:25. Didn’t arrive until 1:30 am. The food was cold and soggy. I ordered nachos and a burrito and fries. Absolutely inedible would like my money back.
