The Tap House is one of our regular stops, and it’s easy to see why. The beer selection isn’t just the best in town, it easily rivals what you’ll find in bigger cities. Their food is outstanding, and I’ve tried most dishes at least twice. While not every dish is a perfect 5-star, most are so close that I’m happy to give them a 5 overall.
I’d love to see a new dish introduced monthly, and if it does well, added to the menu. Sure, a few items could use a tweak, like the pesto grilled cheese or the pesto gnocchi, which both have a bit too much pesto, but that’s minor in the grand scheme. The huckleberry pulled pork is a standout permanent addition, and my personal go-to favorites are the gumbo, any of their burgers, fried wontons, Thai peanut chicken, and their fries, which are simply outstanding.
They’re also great about accommodating dietary needs, if you can’t do wheat, just ask for a salad, wrap, or burger, and they’ll make it happen. All in all, The Tap House is one of the best spots in town, and I recommend it often to friends and visitors alike.

My wife came here with a friend and had a great experience, so she wanted to bring me to check it out. I'm really glad that she did. Our server, Tanner, was such a rad guy who made us feel like regulars instead of first timers. The steak skewers were phenomenal, the sourdough pretzel and beer cheese blew me away, the fries were awesome and the draught root beer was really good. I would definitely return, and somebody needs to make sure that Tanner gets a raise or something!

It was our first time to the taphouse and it was great. The rotating burger was a blue cheeseburger, and it was absolutely delicious washed down with a delicious draft pear cider! We’re definitely coming back next time we’re in town!

The places has had some change so I deleted my previous 5 star to this new rating.
We waited over 45 minutes for our food, watches another couple leave because it took so long and saw other who came in after us receive food and leave.
Half of our parties food was cold and the other was steaming hot.
I got shrimp scampi. It was so spicy I couldnt taste anything but the red pepper flakes in some bites.
I also am sad that they don't have the shot in the dark cake. The shot in the dark 2.0 is not the same and should just be called something different it is not an improvement. Not for sure but I think it's just a nice box brownie and some carton ice cream, which I could do my self if I wanted ... so we were bummed out since get the shot in the dark almost every time we go.
I also want to mention your waiter never check on us other than to take out orders then when we flagged her down our order showed up a few minutes later.
With the price increase and menu changes we likely won't be back ....

This place is great! Service was fast and friendly, the atmosphere is very chill and what you would expect from a place called TAPPED! We had the pretzel and the onion rings for appetizers, they were so good that they were gone before I even thought of getting pictures of them. We also had the Gumbo and the fish and chips. The Gumbo had the right amount of everything you'd expect and the best, but not too much kick. The fish and chips are top tier. This place is a must whenever you come to town!
