This place is bad, I got a Burger and it was half undercooked. The Fries are OK I guess not as bad as Jack in the Box. And the nuggets just suck. But the frosty’s are good. I don’t recommend eating at this place but it’s pretty bad.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Wendy’s. The guy working straight up refused to serve us just because we were laughing in the car. We weren’t being rude or loud, just laughing — and he decided that was enough to deny us service. On top of that, he had a terrible attitude the whole time and clearly didn’t care about helping anyone. Super unprofessional and honestly just ridiculous. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Horrible customer service! I've had some bad experiences in the food industry. But this little guy is top tier disrespectful !! Green haired guy is exceptionally rude. Definitely shows he hates his job . Do everyone a favor and change your attitude or just stay home. I came to get food . Not your attitude . I think you need a hug and a snack! 🙄

My husband and I stood in line for 15 minutes, 4 people infront of us, this girl took 1 order and went back to making frozen drinks. We left due to this. Poor staffing, poor training, poor excuses for managers and shift leads.

Okay so, I usually don’t give bad reviews but this place 100% deserves all the bad reviews it gets.
I went to grab food later in the evening and checked online to see if they were open. They were for another hour and a half. The door was locked, I was not let in. The open sign was still on as well. I walked to the drive through because I was really hungry and was willing to just grab it through there. I was ignored.
Not only this but I have gotten sick every time I have eaten here. Please do better. If you say you’re open online and have your sign on then you should NOT lock the doors and lie. Do better.

All I wanted was two plain double stacks with mayonnaise and extra tomato and I got the ends of a tomato that you can't even bite into. And then when you try to complain they don't answer the phone and their website all the sudden doesn't work.
