My husband and I stood in line for 15 minutes, 4 people infront of us, this girl took 1 order and went back to making frozen drinks. We left due to this. Poor staffing, poor training, poor excuses for managers and shift leads.

Okay so, I usually don’t give bad reviews but this place 100% deserves all the bad reviews it gets. I went to grab food later in the evening and checked online to see if they were open. They were for another hour and a half. The door was locked, I was not let in. The open sign was still on as well. I walked to the drive through because I was really hungry and was willing to just grab it through there. I was ignored. Not only this but I have gotten sick every time I have eaten here. Please do better. If you say you’re open online and have your sign on then you should NOT lock the doors and lie. Do better.

Is Wendy a ginger? I guess the thing that throws me off is how stark red her hair is, but the details of the freckles and light skin make me think that she is for sure ginger. If she is a ginger does that impact the soulfulness of the food? You tell me. Recently had their mushroom burger. Who in the world requested that burger and who on the exec team authorized it? 70% of people don't like mushrooms and the other 30% don't want Wendy's mushrooms. Yes, it's true. I bought it. But can you trust me? I write reviews for Wendy's in my spare time. No soul and mushrooms of a dubious quality? Questionable play, but you get 4 stars for having the best on the run chili.

I have never been bullied in a drive through before until last night by one of the workers named Trinity. We were given drinks that we didn’t originally order ( we didn’t care and just asked if we could get the drink we ordered. Didn’t even ask for a refund and didn’t argue at all.). We ended up getting yelled at by the girl in the drive through window saying we did not order that drink even though we had just said we would pay for both drinks we just wanted the one we ordered. Then we asked if it would be easier if we went around again and ordered the drinks. They told us to go around and then when we ordered she gave us as “OK” with attitude and nothing else. Very disappointed with the service from that girl, everyone else was lovely as always. Makes me very nervous to go back there.

I came in today and ordered with my fiancée on 11/2 around like 3:45pm. Some young guy was taking orders and was incredibly rude, impatient, and dramatic. When my fiancée went back to ask for the fries that got forgotten, this black haired kid said “what’s wrong with your sandwich.” While another employee was already grabbing the fries. His service was terrible and SpongeBob himself would be dissatisfied.
The crabby patty meal is a total rip off. It’s a burger fries and a frosty for $10 and some cents. But I got a $5 biggie bag and got more food than my daughter. It’s in a paper Wendy’s bag there’s nothing spectacular except for the name. Way to go Wendy’s - you are ripping people off and using kids to do it . Very disappointed

I would like to try the saucy nuggets but it is too complicated for them to split the flavors in two half this flavor and half of that. They aren't bright enough and polite enough to give good customer service! If I ordered two ten pieces and had different flavors could they figure out ? I figure someone's not too bright and maybe not maybe someone is trying to steal. I won't eat here again it should have been when they went to those awful pickles on their sandwiches.

I went into this restaurant 2 times tonight. The first time I went in they messed up my BACONATOR...what they are known for. Instead of giving me what was asked for they 1. Gave me a jr.bacon cheeseburger...this is completely different from what I ordered. 2. I ordered chili...I usually LOVE their chili and never one time have had a complaint. This time unfortunately the chili was cold and tasted almost moldy. They also didn't give me the cheese or sour cream that I was charged for. It was a very disappointing experience. I decided after all this to give them another chance and when I went in around 8:20pm the manager was yelling and throwing stuff upset they messed up something. I reordered and to my disappointment they continued to mess up my order completely forgetting the bacon...I'd like to remind you that I paid BOTH TIMES! I did not go back in and expect them to correct their mistake (like I should have) but decided to give them another chance to fix it and they completely messed up my order again and it was sitting on the counter for a couple minutes before they let me take it. I'm extremely disappointed! I honestly don't know if I will return for a while. Unfortunately the manager yelling and throwing stuff really threw me off from the whole experience!

First of all, Wendy's is a bit too overpriced for a lower quality meal. I'd say the service was quick and It didn't take long for my food, though the staff seemed exhausted. I know pricing isn't the fault of this Wendy's owner but it's absurd to pay $17 for 2 burgers.
