I am not as familiar with the Wendy’s mobile app as maybe I should be; however, Wendy’s is going their best to change that. I heard about their Dave’s Double March Madness deal via word of mouth, and the boys and I were there with apps in tow before we could say “D.J. Burns.” While our orders were not fulfilled as quickly as some other fast food brands (namely McDonalds) I was still pleased with my purchase. Additionally, some might say that Wendy’s has changed their frosty recipe recently. I also have noticed that, and I just can’t believe it! They somehow managed to “improve” their frosties by taking out some of the ice cream and adding more air, and it worked. Wendy’s is a trove. I could go on and on.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful-we received the wrong burger and they replaced it and let us keep the other burger. I downloaded the app and the deals are very good. They have an area just for mobile pickup orders which is super convenient.

Better than Gambino. Saved our night, the chicken nuggies were cooked to perfection. The frosty had the flavor we were searching for. The food calmed our hunger. I would say 6 stars but google is too mean.

I am only rating it 2 and not one because I've had positive experiences up until yesterday. Had horrific food poisoning from the baconator which ruined a hangout and had me in some of the worst stomach cramps in months. I will not eat Wendy's ever again after that experience.

I ordered 2 Baconator Burgers in at the drive up window. I was told my total was 27.62. I asked the individual at the window about the price. I stated that it seemed high considering I did not order a meal-just 2 burgers. She took my card and stated she doesnt set the prices and closed the window. I am not convinced 2 burgers at Windys adds up to almost $30. Either way they got my money...

Went there two days ago and just found a receipt. The food was good, fries were slightly too salty (I forgot to ask for light salt so that's my fault.). The server named Tri was polite and smiled, despite that he smiled too much. Otherwise, it was good. Would recommend.

Loving Life

Myself and my family frequent the Wendy's in Moscow, ID. Today we went in we were asked if we wanted ice in our cups and we said yes. Little did we know that the soda machine isn't working right because the soda was flat and warm, even with the ice. This is not the first time we've had issues with the soda in this machine, since that machine showed up in the store it has been a game of roulette to see if you're going to get good tasting soda. The old fountain was good, it was a good mixture of soda and carbonated water most of the time, now it just tastes like the brix are off, please get rid of this machine and get a regular fountain back.Also, quit salting the fries so much, it isn't McDonald's.

Although plenty of workers were buzzing around their stations, the people like us wanting to dine in were completely invisible to the workers. We stood in line for 20 min at least behind another couple. They never were acknowledged to place an order, so they left to go eat somewhere else. We were next to place an order, but we’re also completely ignored. The staff seemed SO BUSY with and confused by the online orders they were trying to fulfill that they had no time whatsoever, to give to us. I’ve never seen anything like it!Once we were finally allowed to place the order, the food finally arrived but was not hot at all. Theres only ONE touch screen soda machine forall to use and it is a joke! Creates a long line of people all trying to get the correct level of “touch” to make it work and then add too many choices of flavors to their beverages. Takes FOREVER! To make matters worse, The machine was out of ice, so now, if you wanted ice in your drink, you had to go stand in another line back at the order desk to get them to fill your cup with ice, if they’d actually pay attention to you. My order of fries were very poor quality. Mostly made up of all the sharp butt ends at the bottom of the bag.Sorry, Won’t be going back to this restaurant .
