Hands down the best fries (well done is my favorite) and shakes around, make sure to ask for their famous fry sauce! You'll be back for more (and more and more)!

For fast food, Zip's is a genuinely wonderful experience. The chicken strips are my favorite, super crispy and flavorful. I also strongly recommend the corn dogs! They have a really great flavor. The sides, especially the onion rings and fries, are crispy and delicious. Service is kind and fast, ice cream is smooth and creamy. Milkshakes are super thick so you may need a spoon! Sundaes are fantastic.

I just paid eleven United States dollars for enough food to keep a premature baby mouse fed for half an hour. The tiny sack of fries were good and hot, but I didn't realize you have to ask for ketchup. I probably couldn't afford whatever a packet of ketchup costs, anyways. I never actually saw any beef patty while eating my little dollhouse size cheeseburger but I presume it was in there somewhere because there was a flavor other than pickles.

Update, This place has gone down hill. They opted for cheaper ingredients and we can tell because my family always feel sick after eating here lately. I had a meal at a Zips 3 hour away that sourced local beef and it was cheaper and delicious. I realized how bad the quality of food and prices are here. I hope they can turn it around.

Not a big fast food guy, but the happy hour prices can’t be beat. I stop and get the family corn dogs and milkshakes in Plummer, ID. on the way home from boating on the lake. As a Gen X guy, this brings back the days of eating fast food and not caring about the calories. It’s more about the memories. Thanks.

My friend and I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a chicken club without lettuce. I received a chicken patty with mayo and bread. I took it inside and the young man tried to argue with me at first, then finally looked up the order and asked the kitchen to make it again. They did, and still didn't put tomato on it. This sandwich is supposed to have chicken, bacon, ham, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Perhaps we are too old for this place? Traveling through and thought we would try it. I know its a young persons place when headbanger heavy metal music is playing and all the guys working there are singing at the top of their lungs.... but tatertots were good.

Lost my business for good. I paid for food @ 8:30 PM for over 40 dollars and they put it in bags and hinted that we need to take it home to go when we came to eat in store. Rude standoffish employee at the front counter. Kids wanted food for Valentine's Day and only went to zips because they wanted to. Overpriced for low quality food.

Went into the restaurant and used the self ordering kiosk. Selected the deluxe burger, which was listed as coming with ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, and tomato I am pretty sure. Pretty standard for a deluxe burger. With it being deluxe it obviously was more expensive than just a plain burger, so I think it was almost $7. I wanted to add fry sauce, cheese, and onions onto it. So I selected to add those to the burger. My boyfriend got a burger as well. We both got a drink. the food took a while, but I honestly don’t even care about that, it happens. We were sitting in the corner of the restaurant, with only one other person in the lobby who wasn’t even dining in. The blonde girl at the register yelled something that sounded like “applisky!!!” But the one guy standing was standing in between us so I couldn’t see. Then she screamed at the top of her lungs “I HAVE A KIOSK ORDER!!!” The guy kind of moved, so i could see she was glaring at me with her eyebrows raised, looking at me like I’m at idiot. Don’t know why they ask for a name when they don’t even call it out. Or why she couldn’t have just brought us our ONE tray of food to the table, since they obviously weren’t busy. Great service! She didn’t give us our drink cups that we ordered, so we had to go back and ask for those, and she didn’t apologize or say anything at all just handed them over and walked away. I open up my food, and like I said, i got the deluxe burger with onion, cheese, and fry sauce added. Instead, I got a burger with only onions, fry sauce, and cheese. That’s it. Nothing about it was deluxe even though I paid the deluxe price. At this point I’m honestly just pissed off because of this girl. They probably would’ve fixed it for me if I had asked, but i did not want to speak to that girl again after she had such an attitude. I even smiled at her and said hi when we first came in and she just looked at me and didn’t say anything too. I am sitting there so annoyed, just wanting to eat my food and leave and that’s what we do. we are about to leave, and are walking to the door when all of a sudden the girl SLAMS the employee only door open directly into me, and just says “oh. sorry 🤨” and walks away.
Long story short, horrible service, confusing self ordering kiosk, door in the middle of a small walkway that needs a window, but at least the tater tot’s were tasty. first time trying it out, and never coming back, thanks to that girl.

Best Deal for the price! Also Crinkle fries and fry sauce! I don't think that I will eat Burgers at any fast food in Moscow other than Zip's going forward. Really a nice tasty basic burger. Staff was nice, Place was clean. A win for certain these days.
Parking: Plenty of parking on both sides of this location. Drive Thru side does not have an entrance or lighting in the parking lot. There is a door the front of the restaurant.

I’ve been going to zips (multiple locations) for years and they have never had a problem with my order, but this place just sucks. I pretty much get a burger with no meat and they melt the cheese, because i’m vegetarian and they don’t have any good vegetarian options but i still love the food. until recently they started making me feel bad about what i order, laughing at me or being weirded out by what im asking for. and one time they messed up my order by just giving me cheese on a bun, and when i went in to ask for my order fixed, they were not happy and didn’t want to remake it. then the most recent time they told me they won’t make my order anymore because it’s “too messy” and “too much for the kitchen.” not really sure how it’s too much when it’s literally the same amount of work as a burger but okay. then they had us waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes after saying it would be the last time they would make it. not to mention i drive into moscow from pullman just to get zips maybe once a month or less, and then get treated like this. needless to say they don’t accommodate for dietary restrictions and i wont be coming back to this location.
