If your from north idaho you gotta live zips. Food is speedy compared to other fast food, but I don't care. Best chicken stripe and fish and chips around.

All we got were the milkshakes, but by golly they were amazing! Definitely better than DQ and other places I have tried soo far.
This was our first time eating at Zips as we were leaving Idaho. We enjoyed our our meal!! The onion rings were great & burgers were great!!

Ordered a gluten free burger and a regular one, but the cook got them mixed up. We can’t just switch buns due to serious allergenic concerns. They offered to remake it, then when we found out they had used their last gluten free bun, they told us we could not get a refund for just the one burger since none of the current staff knew how to do refunds. What kind of terrible management leaves a team without a single person who knows how to do an extremely basic and necessary task? Management is clearly terrible and needs some reworking.
