I get off work very late and usually go here for dinner between 1am-4am. these two guys working at night are so slow. Have no communication skills. Slam windows and think it’s okay to make me wait 20 minutes when I’m the only care in the drive through. My burgers usually are gross so I have switched to fried food like mozzarella sticks I’m so starving and this is the only place open. Sometimes I’m even scared to ask for sauce because one gives me eye rolls and the other acts like he had no idea what im saying.

Mountain Home Arby's. Very disorganized . The man taking orders was doing several things at once and throwing things, dropping things on the floor. There are better ways to run a fast food restaurant. Jalepeno poppers were cold. Fries tasted over cooked or old oil.

Worst experience ever. We stopped for dinner on our way home. Waited over 30 minutes for our order with no explanation of why. The manager/supervisor on duty at the time has zero communication skills. They would only say they were waiting on our shakes. Everyone before and after us had come and gone. No explanation at all why it was taking so long for 2 shakes that come out of a machine. It’s not like they’re home made or hand spun. You literally pull a lever and dispense it into a cup.

Requested fries cooked to order! The cashier acknowledged this! When I received my fries they where luke warm and not fresh in any way!
A big cheddar classic meal. The fries were burnt it was disgusting ruined the whole meal.

Sat at the counter for about ten minutes, until I asked the manager who was on break if they were even open. In which he grumbled something about already telling the other guy to come take our order. He ended up taking our order himself while complaining about being on break. All was good after that, until I saw my 6 dollar sandwich, that was the size of a mcdouble.
