I really tried to love this place!!
I’ve gone to all three of them in town and usually order the same drinks for my husband and I, but it just seems like the drinks are never consistent.
It sucks when I order my kids, Italian cream sodas and they’re complaining that they don’t taste good. So I tested it today and ordered myself an Italian cream soda and it’s straight up club soda. There’s no flavoring whatsoever.
I also ordered my husband, his usual coffee and he literally spit it out saying that there’s no way that it could be a Milky Way. I’m extremely disappointed due to the fact that I spend over $300 a month because they’re close to my house!
So I figured I might as well just post my review and cut my ties !

With 3 locations to chose from, Briesta is the preferred shop over any others in Mountain Home. This particular store is always ran very well and the people are great. The coffee and Lotus drinks are very tasty (even just the iced coffee is good).

We visited MH today for the first time, and I'm so glad we chose this shop! These girls were so sweet, fun and helpful! They made us an excellent mocha and a yummy "just surprise me" Lotus drink❤️ Thank you Jillian and Delaney for a great experience!!

Over the years of coming to this specific location on and off (right outside the Dentist place) I have always received great coffee, and no complaints for the service itself. However the morning of 10/04/24, the woman who was talking to my boyfriend was mocking him in front of his face for asking for an afterburner, she mumbled back at him "kemmerer" Our engine was off, and heard her clear as day. I'm never going back again.

The drinks are AMAZING!! I don't drink coffee, but Btie'sta has more than just coffee! It has normal sodas that you'll find at the grocery store, plus it has Italian sodas and more! 9/10 would definitely recommend
