I really tried to love this place!! I’ve gone to all three of them in town and usually order the same drinks for my husband and I, but it just seems like the drinks are never consistent. It sucks when I order my kids, Italian cream sodas and they’re complaining that they don’t taste good. So I tested it today and ordered myself an Italian cream soda and it’s straight up club soda. There’s no flavoring whatsoever. I also ordered my husband, his usual coffee and he literally spit it out saying that there’s no way that it could be a Milky Way. I’m extremely disappointed due to the fact that I spend over $300 a month because they’re close to my house! So I figured I might as well just post my review and cut my ties !

The 3 stars are for the taste and USUAL customer service. Sadly I won’t be returning as the attitude of one of the girls today was just not excusable. It’s not anybody’s fault I’m having a bad day but just so shocked from the comment made by the girl taking my order. As I said with sarcasm, “it was the worst experience of my life” (getting a drink with curdled cream this morning that was completely dumped and not able to drink) she thinks it’s appropriate to say “you must have a pretty good life then”. Why would you say that to someone? I’m perfectly fine paying for my new drink (which I did AND STILL TIPPED) but the attitude is crazy to me. Then watched her go in and proceed to talk to her coworker and they both give me a dirty look. I’ve spent hundreds on coffee here and usually love every experience (thanks to Glenn because he really is the best) but I will no longer be coming back until this is at the very least, addressed. I’m extremely disappointed.

We got just coffee and a lotus, they were very yummy. The ladies working were nice and patient with my indecisive teenager and husband. Was pretty fast with the drinks, and all had smiles.

The manager at this location is rude and unprofessional. She accused me of just trying to get an extra sweet drink without paying for it, when all I was trying to do was fix my drink because it didn’t taste the same. And then gave me the gnarly side look when I explained that. So disrespectful.

Quick to help, provided informative comments on their coffee, and super friendly. The coffee was great too!

Kid-friendliness: They noticed our kids in the back seat, and informed us about options they may like as well.

im in from out of town to stay with some family, and my SIL recommended this place. their coffee is pretty fantastic. try their crème brûlée coffee, you won't regret it. i just finished the coffee, and i miss it already haha
