Brie’sta is my family’s favorite stop! They have amazing options for everyone. From frozen lemonades, to non-caffeine Frappuccino’s and Italian sodas for my kiddos and of course, my favorite Red Bull blasts. Not only do they have an incredible selection, their staff is top-notch. The service is friendly and kind and they take the extra step to make my kids feel welcomed and special. Brie’sta has become part my daily routine and my kids look forward to their special Brie’sta treats!

My eldest son walked in to purchase three drinks for us. He was so excited to purchase the drinks on his own as he is Autistic, and rarely feels comfortable doing things independently. As he was waiting, the staff started complaining about his order, and the one who took his order called him an "idiot" for asking for a custom drink. In addition, he asked for a receipt and she stated they don't give out receipts? Since when? All of this was within earshot of both my son and three other customers seated inside. The coffee is excellent, but for some reason, we continue to have negative experiences with the staff. That is exactly why we don't sit inside and enjoy anymore. What's that about? And why would anyone treat a customer this way, especially one with special needs? Not impressed one bit.

I love this place!!! The staff is friendly and kind. Not obnoxiously chipper in the early morning hours when you are still trying to wake up. I cannot get enough of the creme brulee latte I order it year round! Maybe I'm addicted?! ????

Coffee was lukewarm, wanted a brevé...had to explain a basic coffee.. Server got an attitude when I explained I just wanted a mocha brevé. How hard is that? This was last month..didn't have yelp on my phone at the time. Don't see a reason to return since I have Mudslingers and Dutch bros. who both are easier to order from. And they know what a mocha brevé is!!
