Decided to pick up my order, the whole staff is outside on a smoking/texting break (whatever they do in 2024 to be incompetent). Got home to enjoy my meal and the pizza was raw and gummy in the middle! Horrible experience! Don't use Mtn Home Domino's!

Come on guys I know your busy but standing there for a while then someone asks if I had been served which I responded no I have not. They walked away! Then I waited some more. Then watching an employee yell at another one. I guess that was the entertainment. But the pizza was good and was enjoyed by my family. Just work on your customer service guys you’ll be ok.

I usually get Pizza Hut , but so happy I switched! Dominos in Mtn Home was fast! Delicious pizza and the brownies are to die for. So good, thank you!! I will be your customer from now on.
Order two pizzas..Don't remember telling them to please burn one and to please leave ingredients that I ordered off of the other one. Quality control has really suffered lately.

This Dominos NEEDs to fix there web site the past 4 times I have ordered pizza we had to call in and NO Dominos Reward points were given to my account get on the STICK Dominio's or will change companies and go across the street to Pizza Hut where you can get a full buffet to include salad for $10.00 and get military Discounts and a punch card for free visits and buffets!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the day before Thanksgivingwe ordered a pizza online, and the ordering app said 20 to 30 min. before our pizza and hot wings would be done. But we live 20 min. out from the store, and our order was done 11 min. after we place our order.When I arrived at the store, I didn't see my order on the Pizza Tracker. I waited 7-10 min, the cashier said my pizza wasn't ready. I asked if it was being made after placing the order about 40 min. ago ?. She checked, then realized my order was already done ?. Note: the cashier don't give us the correct dipping sauce.After leaving the store for 5 min., I decided to see if the pizza was hot, and it was colder than lukewarm ?.Spending $25 wasn't worth the level of service or how cold the food was at the time of pickup. We will not be using Domino's again on the day before Thanksgiving day!Things they could improve on:1. Truthfulness of when your order is done.2. Better communication between the ordering company and the store.3. Keeping the food under heat lamps until being picked up.4. Have the cashier check the order to make sure the order is complete and correct.5. And have the cashier ask the customer if they want the receipt instead of the customer asking for it.4. Most importantly, have extra cashiers/help on the day before Thanksgiving day.

Out of all the times I’ve ordered online I’ve never had a problem until this afternoon. Everything I ordered was correct except for the soda. I had to call the store and spoke with Khole on site manager if they were out of 2 liter Diet Coke because they gave Dr Pepper. I guess making it right is giving me something I didn’t order which is the 2 liter Dr Pepper and the delivery driver never came out to bring the 2 liter Diet Coke. I don’t care ?♀️ about the damn soda now at this point. It’s the principle having good customer service and that customers keep coming back but if this is how you’re going to be treating customers like this no one ☝️ would want to come back to order from dominos again. I just want what I ordered and what I paid for. So tell me how are you going to make it right? Tell me that???
Normally dominos is great. Last night however it was bad. The pizza crust was stale like it sat on a counter for awhile.

They have the nastiest wings I have ever had. Soggy and undercooked. I had this issue in the past and they told me to call after ordering online and have them double fry them. Wow such awesome advice because I got those sick nasty soggy wings again. Thanks!

My curbside pick up order was like only two minutes late. But they give me a free pizza next time I order. They were working their butts off. Mountain Home Idaho Domino’s is the bomb pizza delivery curbside company. They’re better than any other pizza. Order the Philly cheesesteak pan pizza with extra Philly steak and mushrooms. It’s awesome
