Bought 2 drinks and they were 20 bucks. The hot 911 did not taste like one didn't have any effort put into it, and tasted like a bland black coffee. The iced 911 tasted like absolutely no coffee and very milky and soapy aftertaste. They were both so disgusting I had to dump both of them out on my way driving somewhere. I would like my money back but you won't be able to contact customer service, never coming back.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location. I walked up to place an order, and although there was only one car in the drive-through, it took about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I even knocked on the window to try and get the attention of the two employees inside , who were clearly aware of my presence. Instead of assisting, they stood around chatting and laughing, making no effort to engage or provide service.
What concerns me most is that both workers have a known personal issue with a family member, which I believe contributed to the unprofessional and dismissive treatment I received. Personal matters should never interfere with customer service. Their behavior was petty and unprofessional, and it reflects poorly on the business.
I hope management addresses this and reminds staff that every customer deserves respect, regardless of outside drama.

I stop here fairly regularly and have never had a bad experience - the coffee is always great, the wait is short (if you arrive before 8am) and the staff are always amazing, 10/10 Dutch Bros here. And great job to Kenzie on her first day working the window!

Baristas are friendly and the location is usually not that busy, so I can be in and out - plus they make them super fast (unless it’s the morning - then expect to sit in line for thirty minutes because there’s only one person taking orders). I’ve never had an issue with drinks. The only problem with this location is that they have two lanes, though the one on the right is rarely used because it’s kind of unspoken that you line up behind whoever was in front of you first. Sometimes there’s a long line on the left, and you get cars who just pass everyone and go into the other lane. Just a little poorly planned out when they built this location.

I am not really a fan of chains, but sometimes it's nice to get a specific thing. I get a lemonade and I have a very specific though simple way I ask for it ... This location was just not great. The girls were fake friendly, they seemed to really struggle to understand what I was asking for, or how to ring it up, though I've never had that problem at any other location. After I got it, on glance it wasn't correct, I took it anyway, but it was awful. Tasted like crystal light powder and artificial dye. I have never asked for something to be remade but I did this time, and the girls were ruder and the drink even worse the second time. I had to trash it. Such a bummer.

Waited a year to go here a second time and ordered a iced vanilla latte and all I tasted was coffee no vanilla what so ever so that was disappointing. However my mom ordered a blended golden eagle and it was delicious, so I feel its getting better. So 5/10 I'd say.

Generally fine: usual quality drinks, food and service. Weekends though are super bad as far as the waits and the lines. The double line is also very ineffective when the lines get really long. There’s no traffic control and people don’t pay attention to who was ahead of them to let folks merge.
