Baristas are friendly and the location is usually not that busy, so I can be in and out - plus they make them super fast (unless it’s the morning - then expect to sit in line for thirty minutes because there’s only one person taking orders). I’ve never had an issue with drinks. The only problem with this location is that they have two lanes, though the one on the right is rarely used because it’s kind of unspoken that you line up behind whoever was in front of you first....

Not sure if its service of employees, its more of having employees thats kept outside to take the orders quick an fast.

Kid-friendliness: These empoyees are awesome for kid friendley service !

Generally fine: usual quality drinks, food and service. Weekends though are super bad as far as the waits and the lines. The double line is also very ineffective when the lines get really long. There’s no traffic control and people don’t pay attention to who was ahead of them to let folks merge.
