What a find in 'lil 'ol Mountain Home. We were not expecting this farm-to-table experience, and we're sure glad we found it. Everything...and I mean everything...was a new flavor discovery that tantalized the taste buds. Christian was amazing the whole evening. He's a one-man show who knows what he's doing. Thank you for a wonderful, private evening.
Best meal I have had in Idaho since living here for the last 3 years! Everything is fresh, grown and harvested by Chef Christian or locally supported. We are so lucky to have found him when he is still establishing his roots here! If more people knew about this restaurant… well we would never be able to get in! Excited for the next moon harvest dinner!!
An amazing find! We are fairly new to the area (2 years) and we came from a big metro area where we could find amazing restaurants. We have always enjoyed farm to table eating and this was off the charts! Moving to a small town has its perks for sure, but we are limited in restaurants, especially that serve this level of food. My husband reserved us spots for the sturgeon moon dinner and to our surprise we were the only ones there. We had our own private chef for the night....
