We’ve tried this place a few times with different items on the menu. The portions are small, the food is really not good in my opinion. Tonight was kind of the last for me; I can’t get through the chow mein. Seems like other people in the town like it though, and the service is friendly.

The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent! The food was very good! The very best egg rolls around! We will be back.

Started trying to call at 830 lady had me on hold for twenty minutes I hung up called again tried to put me on hold again not wanting to take orders and had a horrible attitude 10/10 would not recommend this place and their unprofessional employees

Thought the food and portions were great.

Crab rangoon were good sized there was 8, with the sweet sauce they didnt last.

Orange chicken n rice was decent sized aswell.

Only downside was that they were out of a few things on the menu.

I will return.

Only posting so no one else waste their money at this place. It’s disgusting. The soup, the white rice, the general chicken.. all of it trash. Noodles were okay at best. Good luck

Food was very good, very friendly and pleasant staff (great conversationalists). I feel as though the egg rolls are a bit overpriced, but they are larger than normal. All the rest of the food is averagely priced for Chinese takeout. The building is older and interior could use a refresh, but that doesn't take away from the food or service.

Service has gone downhill steadily over the years, our last visit they were nowhere to be seen for most of the dinner.
The music is bad, don't look up lyrics because most of the songs are nothing that a family should be listening to. Staff repeatedly says there are no other channels.
This was our last visit.

Thus place has very good food and very far priced. Far better then the other one in Boise by the same name the blond waitress w has forgot her name but she told us what everything was and recommended some thing and she was spot on. My family will definitely go back

I love going to Jade Palace. The atmosphere and friendly service are the best. I always feel welcome there, and the food is very good as well. Highly recommended. 😁

Literally sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and wasn't greeted or anything. I even announced myself being there and still got no reply .

Meal was ruined before I even took a bite. They put my order in the bag upside down and didn't secure the box, so my order fell out into the bag as I tried to pick up the box. Never had this happen before. How does that possibly happen? How hard is it to put a box of rice in a bag as a person who puts boxes of rice in bags all day?

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. The noodles were incredibly bland even after dosed with seracha, and they made the potstickers out of egg roll wrappers, making them incredibly chew and disgusting. Just shut your doors. You've obviously given up on making food properly.
