Been eating here for about three years. Food is great for what it is, portions are filling and the quality seems good. Service is generally good, but I rarely eat in so I can't speak for the dining in experience. Drive through attendance is usually quick and I've never had an inaccurate order. The restaurant itself is a bit run down, so the atmosphere leaves a little something to be desired.At the end of the day, It's better than the *other* Chinese restaurant in Mountain Home.

Food taste was good, but portions were horribly small got family dinner for 3 and all 3 left hungry. Service well she tried but one server for 3 parties of 6+ plus other tables as well. I ordered a separate meal from the rest of the family and didn’t get my food until they were halfway done. Never did get my pancakes as i was done eating before they came out. And 4.00 for a thin slice of deli ham on a grilled cheese be real.

Craving Chinese and the selection is slim in mountain home. Chose this place for the menu and local recommends. It’s a food truck and she only accepts cash but the food was as authentic and delicious as you want your Chinese food cravings Chinese food to be. Will be back.

Probably the worst "Chinese" food I've ever eaten. The Egg Foo Young, I believe was made with Stove Top stuffing? it was NOT Egg Foo Young. Also, there was no pork in the pork chow mein, nor in the pork efy. It looked like they sprinkled bacon bits on it. Egg rolls were onion rolls.

Last 3 orders missing main dish. Other times no rice. No condiments. Bland. They don’t answer their phone. Went their restaurant was empty. I asked what’s up not answering the phone her response giggling. Been going there for 30 years but no more. Id rather eat at MacDonalds. Stay away.

I’ll rate Jade palace 1. The last 3 Take-out’s they have left items out. Food has become tasteless. Call them they sometimes don’t answer. Our family have ate there when they first opened. I’m finished. I’ve lived here for 43 years

1/27/23 Went through drive up window, staff was pleasant friendly.Ordered #6 @#8 pluse 2 eggrolls and pork fried rise. We were pleasantly surprised, the food was better than we remember, the egg roles were flavorfull and crunchyRice perfect everything was really good even after driving 53 miles home before we ate it. Hope the local will give it another try.
