They charge way too much for what they're serving. Stale, terrible food. I went back in there WITH a receipt asking to get my order replaced, and then I was interrogated by the manager like I was stealing.
He asked me what the name was on my receipt, what the order was, etc... like I fished the receipt out of the trash. Then he kept asking me how they messed up everything, and finally I decided to have them put everything back on my card.
I will never waste my time setting foot in this 'restaurant' again.

Either they've changed the recipe or overcooking, oil soaked, and strange coloring chicken is the new normal. I worked in a KFC years ago and I do not recognize the product or quality now. The sides of the bucket were oli soaked in the 10 mins it took to get home. All of us felt sick after eating here. None of us finished our chicken..most of it got thrown away.

They got my order wrong.. I knew I should have checked it before I left.. I mean how hard is it... 2 mashed potato not 1 mashed potato 1 cole slaw... so I'm short 1 mashed potato and the cole slaw went in the trash.
An ordinary cafe. Clean, polite staff. Not a bad place to have a quick bite.

The kfc in mountain home idaho is completely shiz! every. single. time. my family orders kfc they ALWAYS get our order wrong. just last night my dad got kfc for our dinner and ordered a big box that came with LARGE sides and he ordered extra chicken so he could have it for lunch the next day. and they gave us SMALL sides. and DID NOT give the extra chicken he ordered. this is at least the 10th time or more that they got our order wrong. we stopped ordering from there, this was the first time we got kfc in at least a year and they still get our order wrong. it’s completely unacceptable. get staff that knows how to do there job correctly!!!

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Often away from the kitchen all together in what I assume is the employee break area. Stood at the counter for 5 mins before someone even walked out to see me.

I arrived at the KFC 20 minutes before closing. I ended up waiting upfront for well over 5 minutes until someone took my order. A gal in the back actively made eye contact with me and ignored me being up there. Someone walked in the back and told her there’s someone upfront to which she replied “you deal with him.” Heather then said “you know we close in 12 minutes right?”All in all, a very poor experience. I worked in the service industry for over 4 years. Bless their hearts.
