Ordered KFC Hot wings bucket. Ordered 4/5 sauces and 2 chicken sandwiches. Ordered through KFC they used delivery service DoorDash. Delivery service was great, KFC FAILED to include the sauces as ordered. Hot wings and NO sauces. Call KFC and informed them of not having any sauces. I heard they're sorry but they are quite busy today.

The attitude from the young lady was unnecessary. We were on a time schedule and she was by herself so I asked if we needed to just get a refund so we could get back on the road. She did get our order out pretty quick after I had asked however could have handled it little more professionally. Disappointed with the customer service.

Pad over $30 for 2 meals, medium. Got home and my wife didn't have her sides. And I got the dryest chicken tenders I've ever had. All and all it was simply underwhelming and gross.

Worst KRC experience I’ve ever had. That wasn’t a typo, we literally had Kentucky Refried Chicken! The original was crispier than extra crispy…like a rock! Granted, we ordered 15 minutes before closing time, but CLOSING TIME IS WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE STOPS!

Same food as any KTC. Service was terrible. No utensils in the bag for my husband and I to eat our food with nor any place outside the back of the restaurant to get your own if you need them. One napkin provided w 2 meals. No honey for the biscuit! Since when does LFC not serve at least one honey packet per biscuit!!!! Not to mention the lady in front of us looked in her bag and one of her items ordered wasn’t even there. Get a handle on your people management! What the hell?!

The best damn kfc Ive ever had. Just being their makes the the food taste better. Im shocked they dont already have a michelin star. Ts so good Im convinced its what brough jesus back from the dead. Just being in this KFC is more of an exquisite culinary experience than going to the le meurice in paris. Genuinely started levitating out my car seat after eating here. Also this one guy gave me extra buffalo ranch so that was pretty chill. 10/10. Would sell my liver to get to eat here again.

They charge way too much for what they're serving. Stale, terrible food. I went back in there WITH a receipt asking to get my order replaced, and then I was interrogated by the manager like I was stealing.
He asked me what the name was on my receipt, what the order was, etc... like I fished the receipt out of the trash. Then he kept asking me how they messed up everything, and finally I decided to have them put everything back on my card.
I will never waste my time setting foot in this 'restaurant' again.

Either they've changed the recipe or overcooking, oil soaked, and strange coloring chicken is the new normal. I worked in a KFC years ago and I do not recognize the product or quality now. The sides of the bucket were oli soaked in the 10 mins it took to get home. All of us felt sick after eating here. None of us finished our chicken..most of it got thrown away.
