We had a little bit of everything! Tri tip of our go to and didn't disappoint. But that pulled pork... oh my goodness. Delicious!! My new fave! I ordered my mom the blue cheese burger and she said it was the best she ever had.. and that fry sauce! Amazing!!! Go.There.Now
You CANNOT swim here, the bugs are terrible, and not a single nibble for fish out of the several people that went out.
It's free to camp and a lovely view.
There are bathrooms scattered, beautiful stars, and your dog can tralala. Otherwise, a waste of time if you're going to fish or swim. Muddy for sure so be careful not to get stuck and the mosquitos are sure to eat you alive 😬
We definitely went to fish though and didn't know you can't swim there so it was a huge bummer for the kids.

Thoroughly enjoyed the dry camping experience here. Not much too it really but beautiful little spot with very little people in the area.Restrooms: Pit toilets. Might need your own TP.
I went to spend my Father’s Day with my family. It is a quiet place, awesome to fishing and or just camping. By the way it is free

Not a better deal in my opinion, especially for Huss Cooper State if IPA's are your thing. If not, go with the solid house margarita,
First time eating at the food truck in Mt Home, and GOT-DAMN that was some good BBQ! Brisket sandwich was cooked perfectly, the fries were some of the best I've had here, and the BBQ sauce they gave was delicious. Highly recommend if you're looking for some tasty BBQ.
