Absolutely atrocious, this and the one on American legion Blvd. Do not have items ready. Is this not fast food. Is the steak egg and cheese begal not a menu item. How is it at both stores there are never any made. I've bought plenty of these so have others. Yet I have to wait for one to always be made. Much like everything in Idaho it sucks compared to Ohio. I guess the East cost is better in everything. At least our McDonald's have steak egg and cheese begals ready for customers when they order.

Ordered a Quqrter Pound deluxe sandwich. Charged for a Qtr Pound deluxe. Receive a regular Qtr Pounder sandwich. Took the reciept to the counter, cashier took it to the manager, heard her say " well if that's what it says on the receipt, thats what he got" " did he eat it all? I want to see it". Retreived the sandwich, manager took it back and returned with same sandwich with lettuce and tomato on it. Disgusting.

Waited 10 minutes in the lobby no one acknowledges us, finally a person in the lobby comes to the register says he doesn't even work there takes our order and gives us change. Fifteen minutes later we are still waiting.

Tried the 5 buck deal. It's laughable. It's a good deal to buy for two toddlers and they can share. The service was ridiculous, waiting in the drive through for more than 10 min. The line never moved. I backed out and went inside to order. I got my food inside, and that took forever, before the line outside started to move. I'm sure they had some training going on, that shouldn't hold up the entire joint.

I made a doordash order for two big Mac combos with the nuggets and all I got was one sandwich and two fries. I watched the app they literally posted it was ready in 2 seconds. I was only refunded 7 dollars when the order was 28.... Get it together guys that's embarrassing! ?
