Last time I ate here they failed to put hamburger patties on both of my single cheeseburgers and they seem to never quite get the smoothies full. Aside from that, their food is usually good and their customer service is as well.

Drive through is always abysmally slow, last time I went in I just wanted to buy a large soda, system was down and I had to convince them to take cash. Tried to get a Dr. Pepper from he self service fountain and there was no diffuser nozzle which made a huge mess and didn't mix the syrup properly, and the soda was flat.

I would wish they would at least put up a notice if the happy Meal toys is out of stock and not let kids get disappointed when the toys is not as expected after ordering. Specifically went down to buy the happy meal for the toys. And this is not the 1st time it happen. Sometimes the coffee was not hot too.

I ordered from this location Via Door Dash. I ordered extra cheese on my breakfast sandwiches but there wasn't any cheese on either. The receipt on one of the sandwiches clearly indicated extra cheese. This was done out of spite. Double check your orders, if they have a problem with it it's likely made intentionally wrong.

Grabbed a quick bite to eat on a road trip. The double quarter pounder had a little too much sauce in it which dribbled down the front of my shirt while eating. Also my order was missing the nuggets initially l, but they remedied that quickly.

Absolutely atrocious, this and the one on American legion Blvd. Do not have items ready. Is this not fast food. Is the steak egg and cheese begal not a menu item. How is it at both stores there are never any made. I've bought plenty of these so have others. Yet I have to wait for one to always be made. Much like everything in Idaho it sucks compared to Ohio. I guess the East cost is better in everything. At least our McDonald's have steak egg and cheese begals ready for customers when they order.

Ordered a Quqrter Pound deluxe sandwich. Charged for a Qtr Pound deluxe. Receive a regular Qtr Pounder sandwich. Took the reciept to the counter, cashier took it to the manager, heard her say " well if that's what it says on the receipt, thats what he got" " did he eat it all? I want to see it". Retreived the sandwich, manager took it back and returned with same sandwich with lettuce and tomato on it. Disgusting.

Waited 10 minutes in the lobby no one acknowledges us, finally a person in the lobby comes to the register says he doesn't even work there takes our order and gives us change. Fifteen minutes later we are still waiting.
