They are still a great place to sit down with a friend or 5 and enjoy some food and conversation. Salad bar is basic and good. Lunch buffet has a good selection if you are a little pressed for time. I've been going since the 80's. I do miss the smell of baked dough though.

The last 2 times I have gone in have been a terrible experience.
First time took over an hour to get our order taken with 1 other table, over 2 hours until our food came to our table after it sat on counter and got cold.
Second time. Order was taken quicker but once it arrived
A full pizza was missing from order I ordered a family size pasta it was missing my 1 addition on top of it coming out as a single and was told they only have 1 size. Employee gave dirty looks constantly.
Manager came over and tried to make it right
Then upon paying when not tipping the rude server she proceeded to talk shit as we walked away
Fix your attitude and maybe you would of gotten a tip.
I have worked in the industry for 15 years and this service was unacceptable.

I have always loved pizza hut however the frozen pizza from the grocery store would have been better! Everyone got food poisoning throwing up and diarrhea ! We spent a 100$ for what subpar pizza at best that made us all sick!

I ordered pizza and my 5 yr old ran and answered the door and slammed it shut and I went and answered it and took the pizza. My daughter was wanting to carry something and started yanking the pizza out of my hand so it almost dropped finally I said you can hold the breadsticks. There were 5 adults present. The delivery driver called the store and said there were children unsupervised and that one adult came out drunk so the manager called the police Police showed up kind of chuckled and seen that this was a waste of time and resources and that I clearly wasn't intoxicated. I enoyed their food but will not be ordering again and will be calling cooperate.
