The last 2 times I have gone in have been a terrible experience.
First time took over an hour to get our order taken with 1 other table, over 2 hours until our food came to our table after it sat on counter and got cold.
Second time. Order was taken quicker but once it arrived
A full pizza was missing from order I ordered a family size pasta it was missing my 1 addition on top of it coming out as a single and was told they only have 1 size. Employee gave dirty looks constantly.
Manager came over and tried to make it right
Then upon paying when not tipping the rude server she proceeded to talk shit as we walked away
Fix your attitude and maybe you would of gotten a tip.
I have worked in the industry for 15 years and this service was unacceptable.

I have always loved pizza hut however the frozen pizza from the grocery store would have been better! Everyone got food poisoning throwing up and diarrhea ! We spent a 100$ for what subpar pizza at best that made us all sick!

I ordered pizza and my 5 yr old ran and answered the door and slammed it shut and I went and answered it and took the pizza. My daughter was wanting to carry something and started yanking the pizza out of my hand so it almost dropped finally I said you can hold the breadsticks. There were 5 adults present. The delivery driver called the store and said there were children unsupervised and that one adult came out drunk so the manager called the police Police showed up kind of chuckled and seen that this was a waste of time and resources and that I clearly wasn't intoxicated. I enoyed their food but will not be ordering again and will be calling cooperate.
I honestly love this Pizza Hut, the pan pizza actually has a crisp to it because they make it correctly.
But I will say that today they didn't give me the extra cheese I asked for. They did refund my money on the spot though.
When you get the food fresh and eat inside the restaurant, this is an entirely different experience than your average Pizza Hut.

When we showed up there was not a single other person in the restaurant. Our server was Amanda.
She seemed extremely confused during taking our order. She had to go check with another coworker to see if she could sell us 2 sides of marinara sauce. We have always ordered 2 extra sides of marinara and paid for them no problem. She was gone for several minutes and when she finally came back she agreed to sell us 2 extra sides of marinara.
I ordered 2 toppings on our pizza. She was confused and asked me to clarify a few times. I had to explain I wanted 2 toppings on both sides of my pizza, not just half on one side and half on the other. At this point I was getting confused because I thought I was ordering clearly. I order the same thing every time and none of the other servers seem to have mass confusion.
We ordered extra cheese on our pizza. We told Amanda our pizza did not have extra cheese after she delivered it to our table. She argued with us and told us it did in fact have extra cheese. We asked for the upcharge for extra cheese to be removed from our bill and she refused, stating again that the pizza did have extra cheese. We pointed out that you could see the sauce on the pizza and the cheese coverage was spotty. She reiterated that it did have extra cheese. We decided to let it go and just enjoy our food.
Amanda never checked on our table. When we needed a refill on our drinks we had to get up and go to the counter and ask for a refill. She brought a refill for one person and not for the other. She never returned to the table. She spent several minutes chatting with a nearby table, but not once checking on us.
When it came time for a box, again, we had to get up and ask at the counter for a box.
It was time to pay and we went up to the counter. The manager was there ringing in another ticket and asked us how our meal was. We explained about the extra cheese and how we were upset we were paying for something that we definitely did not get. The manager agreed the pizza did not have extra cheese on it and removed the charge.
We were very polite, both of us have worked as servers. We were not rude even though we kept growing more and more frustrated. I remember seeing Amanda during our previous visits to this Pizza Hut location, so I don't think she is new.
This was just an all around frustrating visit. We will be returning simply because this is probably the best chain pizza restaurant in town, but we will be requesting a different server if Amanda is seating us.
