Natalie has horrible customer service and it seems like she is always just angry and doesn't acknowledge her customers. She makes the drinks with aggression and doesn't seem happy, in the slightest.
I usually go 3-4 times a week here and never have any issues with the staff there. All are kind and pleasant.
Except today, I ordered 2 drinks and towards the end I told "Natalie" thank you twice and no response or acknowledgement was given. She never even spoke to me or looked up at me.
I didn't like how one tasted and it had very minimal coffee and the other wasn't made right.
I went back and asked politely to have my cash reimbursed and she asked what was wrong, I explained to her and she made excuses and literally chucked the drinks towards the sink from the cashbox area.
She grabbed an Assistant from Albertsons and just kept on glaring at me throughout the process.
I told her thank you and to have a good day twice and she just completely ignored me.
Horrible nasty customer service. If she isn't happy working there, she sould just leave.

First: the young man and young lady that was working today are always extremely friendly and give great service every time my wife and I come in to visit the Starbucks.
Secondly: I love how this Starbucks gives the free samples and little treats for people to taste test. I’ve never seen a Starbucks do this before and I think it’s AMAZING. Great service and a great service plus the samples, I hope that all of these things continue because it’s fantastic and will keep us coming back.

The Barista was swamped (because her manager quit!) so she was working alone in morning rush.
I’ve got to say she handled it well with a high level of experience and expertise plus courteous and helpful.
My Americano was top tier.

I like the people and the environment and the manager is really cool but I their coffee taste different then other Starbucks. Perhaps more training would be appropriate. The Misto is what I get and it’s mid at most. With more work on making good coffee and being consistent would be great ?

It's a Starbucks, expensive coffee with a smile...inside a grocery store, not a big selection on food...ran mostly by younger adults that have pretty good service and friendly
Parking: Its located inside an Albertsons, so parking is no problem
Wheelchair accessibility: Theres a wheelchair ramp that leads in the store to and from parking lot

Today this morning I got a pumpkin spice latte drink that taste like burnt shots I’ve never had a bad experience here before this has always been my go to place for morning coffee but this worker Leo was rude and had attitude the other ladies are friendly no matter how difficult the day is they make great drinks maybe it was a bad day but every time I go in she’s always in a grumpy mode but there should be no excuse to treat people bad and my shot always seem to be burnt when Leo makes them if you go here make sure someone else is working

The girl was condescending rude. She put 5 shots of steaming hot espresso straight in my plastic venti cup. Told me she couldn't make it any other way. Bc it's how she measures the drink. That wasnt my issue. You cant put steaming espresso in a plastic cup! You put in metal or glass put aside. Plus I've seen them put water in first just so the espresso isnt touching the plastic cup first. Is it bpa friendly? The chemical that can leach into food and beverages and potentially cause health problems. I really dont want plastic toxins in my iced coffee. Besides the rude look like I'm crazy. She Over charged with classic syrup. Its crazy how i pay the same nationwide. I travel full-time Nationwide for fire protection. If our job wasn't done correctly people would die. Just do your job right. But the rude baressta wants to overcharge me because i corrected her on how many shots of espresso i needed. I asked for an extra shot in a venti so it 5 just because i have been shorted. Its not my first time drinking coffee. You are seriously hurting people, its Really disturbing. I will never go here again. Plus my husband said his drink was terrible.
