Subway in Mountain Home

“Wow what a great group of people working at this subway! Julia the manager and team are all doing a great job working together. One of the employees had a social misunderstanding with a customer and immediately an employee who I believe was the manager stepped in to help her employee work through this difficult situation and calmly help the customer. I really can’t explain how good of a job this subway and this group of employees is doing! Working together to help her team member while calmly handling situations and making great food as they do it. I’ve left a a review with corporate subway on what a great job Julia is doing and hope the owner reads this review. Clearly this owner is doing a great job by hiring employees with a wide range of backgrounds and is making the mountain home community better for it! Can’t say enough good things about this group of employees on June 6th 2024 1pm lunch time.“

“Carson, I believe that was his name, was extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. He was patient as I observed the bigger menu. When I go to a restaurant service is as important, if not more so, than the food and Carson made my experience wonderful. I look forward to coming back and seeing him!“

“Let's be honest, the food and atmosphere is that of a Walmart subway. It's decent. However the impressive part that me and my wife talked about while eating was Chris the young gentleman making our sandwiches tonight (10/3/25). He is a rockstar, he effortlessly delivered amazing customer service, he seems to truly care about his work and his customers, so to the owner of this franchise it to any employer out there, look out for Chris, he's an awesome guy with a work ethic that money can't buy.“
