Ordered the new nachos and that was the biggest joke. If you are going to serve that little of food maybe make the containers smaller as well. I had no meat and asked for Ranch instead of the other sauce and some extra veggies and was yelled at, there is no substitutes. So rude. What a joke

I got a salad and the lady didn’t chop up the vegetables so I just had full tomato and cucumber in the salad. I went in and asked if she could chop it and she said she can’t take it back. I worked for subway for 6 years so unless something has changed you should have salad chopping bowls available. She didn’t offer to remake it or anything so I just left.
They also don’t have gluten free bread :c

Wow what a great group of people working at this subway! Julia the manager and team are all doing a great job working together. One of the employees had a social misunderstanding with a customer and immediately an employee who I believe was the manager stepped in to help her employee work through this difficult situation and calmly help the customer. I really can’t explain how good of a job this subway and this group of employees is doing! Working together to help her team member while calmly handling situations and making great food as they do it. I’ve left a a review with corporate subway on what a great job Julia is doing and hope the owner reads this review. Clearly this owner is doing a great job by hiring employees with a wide range of backgrounds and is making the mountain home community better for it! Can’t say enough good things about this group of employees on June 6th 2024 1pm lunch time.

App crashed continuously. Then resturant would not honor discount. The beast #30 was only half the normal size. No adult supervision.
I have stopped here many times in the past. The service used to be better and they have changed the menu. I had to ask if they still offered something and they do but do not list it on the menu. I did get my lunch and back on the road.
