I always have the best service when I got there at night time. Samara is my favorite worker there she is always nice to us when we come through drive thru, I love the energy and the good vibes she gives people. Keep up the work Samara. Your doing a wonderful job.

Stopped here because it was on our way to the airport in Boise. Took forever to get our food. Made it to the airport and went to eat only to see we were given not only the wrong order, but a much smaller order. And of course their app that we ordered through doesn’t allow you to make any kind of report to get reimbursed. Next time I am in the area I will definitely avoid this location.

It took almost an hour to get our food. There was only two people working, and we were understanding that, but then when others came in, they prioritized the people going through the drive-through rather than the several people who are waiting in the lobby to get their food. I went into their bathroom and there was literally brown human waste on the floor. When I told the staff they were rude and said they were too busy. AWFUL

I have been sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes. There were only 3 cars in front of me. I have been sitting behind this person for 6 minutes now. This is the slowest drive through service I have ever had. I tried ordering inside once, but I was told I have to order from the app or the kiosk. This Taco Bell is awful.

Terrible service, I was going to get a midnight snack, and this girl with red hair, black glasses and black choker proceeded to ask me if i come every night and that i should get some veggies in my diet. I feel like that is very disrespectful and unacceptable, something needs to be done. ASAP!

Doors open when we walked in, April 6th 2025. We order our food, after a very long wait we are told we can’t dine inside because the dining room is closed! What a joke we would have not ordered our food and went elsewhere. With a 3 year old, 7,11,15 children eating in the car just is not an option. Management should talk to this night crew! What a joke!

Waited 10 minutes to order. Two workers came to the point of sale system, did something on it, then walked away without saying anything. 10 minutes later someone asked if we’d ordered already and we said we were waiting to order. She then said all orders are done through the kiosk. I asked why there wasn’t a sign saying to order in the kiosks and she said corporate told them it was rude to have a sign. I think it’s more rude to make someone wait so long to order and have workers ignore them.

Placed an order online for delivery which somehow got canceled through no action of my own, tried to call the store to see what was going on, the woman who answered was incredibly rude when I was just trying to ask what happened to my order and hung up on me, then was rude and uncooperative with the delivery driver when they were just trying to get a copy of my voided receipt. I understand its a stressful work environment, but there's no excuse to be so rude and ill-mannered to customers and delivery drivers.

I tried to get my food fixed, after it clearly stated it in the receipt, the guy helping me was very nice but the guy behind told him to stop talking to us. We found this very rude and it ruined our whole dinner experience

2 visits. 1st we waited 25 min w/o service. We left. 2nd, was told we had to use the COVID-19 machine to order. Distracted by multiple offers didn't get the order I wanted. Most likely won't be back. :(
