Avoid this place... I have yet to have my order correct. Nobody picks up the phone and when you try to get your order correct your told to take what your given and shut up. Go next door to McDonald's and save time.

2 10 piece nuggets only had 9 each. Order sour cream ....none. ordered ranch for nuggets...none. my hamburger had pickles I ordered without.

We were at the kisok because we saw that no one was manning the front. I went up front and waited till they were not busy the lady rudely told me that they don’t man the front desk and to use the kisok I asked “okay really quickly does it take these frosty key tags and I showed her five” she scoffed and rolled her eye and said “no” then left to take an order via car
We ended up just paying for the frosties at the kiosk to not risk causing a commotion
I checked their store hours 7am - 10pm M-Sun are dining hours. We noticed that some of the burgers we order were not present so We asked for a receipt but instead got shown a monitor with the order that was transferred from the kiosk. We didn’t see the order there and decided to just order the rest of our meal across the street at jack in box’s.

Just popping through for a quick bite while traveling far! Went through the drive thru and ordered those ghost pepper saucy nuggets with a frosty, girl taking order wasn’t the friendliest but it was whatever. Was pretty fast, but when we got out stuff we checked the bag and it wasn’t what we got at all, we waited a sec to see if they would open the window and girl taking the order just stood there and was looking at us like we were stupid. She open the window and some other woman with glasses which I’m guessing was the manager, we let them know that what we got wasn’t what we ordered. Which the lady with glasses proceed to tell us was “well wasn’t what was on there” like no shit, cause that’s not what we ordered. Then it kinda went back and forth and she kept saying that and implying it was our fault. Food they gave us wasn’t bad it was still good but when someone tells you that’s not that they ordered just say come inside or something no need to be rude. Also only just one car behind us, wasn’t like we were holding everyone up.

It’s 29 degrees outside and my phone thermometer app says it’s 18 degrees INSIDE but I swear to you it’s got to be colder than that!!!!! I have on a hoody AND a coat and I’m literally unable to stop shivering!! Even in the air conditioning I’ve NEVER been this cold in any establishment!!!!

I think I'm actually starting to get over Wendy's. The hamburgers just aren't that great. I think it might be the buns that are underwhelming.

Went through the drive thru only one car in front of us. Took 4 minutes before she even came on the intercom I ordered a salted caramel frosty. Was told that they only have vanilla & chocolate, I tried to ask if they were out or if that's all they carry. I couldn't find out because she just kept repeating in a very rude & condescending voice vanilla & chocolate, vanilla & chocolate, vanilla & chocolate. I'm will never go back to the Wendy's Mountain Home!!!!!

This was by far the worst customer service I have EVER received in any drive-thru. The woman taking orders who I presume to be the manager interrupted me yelling at me before I even got a chance to finish saying the first food item. Not to mention the time it took to get through the drive through with a total of 2 cars. She continued to berate me after I asked a clarifying question to her very unclear statement. By the time we got home, the food was ice cold and dry; I live about 5 minutes away. Extremely disappointed in my experience especially since I usually have decent experiences here

Couldn't get service the kiosks machine would take a order and the young lady threw a fit because she didn't have time to take a order. And she literally threw a fit about it. So I took my order to Jack in the box. Who was alot bisser but took my 50 dollar order.
Food poisoning from chili after waiting 25 minutes just to order with 3 people in front of me. As I get up to register they walked away to make the orders in drivethru for about anothern15-20 minutes before acknowledging me and taking my order. Never again. This is a constant issue here as I also do doordash and refuse all orders that come through for these long wait times as time is money. If you come here go through drive thru as they focus on you before the inside.

They gave me really old stale cold fries. The burger was extremely messy. Won't be coming back.
