Food is still fine and the people are great. Better than other burger chains in Mountain Home, but customer service and cleanliness are tanking at this location. They are clearly not staffed to handle the lunch rush for a full house of dining in patrons. When we arrived around 2:15pm, Ketchup & napkin dispensers were all empty and every trash can was stacked with used trays and overflowing garbage. We stopped here as a family unit: grandparents, parents and 5 kids. We actually had quite a few things go wrong: they ran out of chocolate milk, adults' food came out WAY before kids' meals, they added ketchup to one of the 'plain' burgers, missing a toy, oy vey. But they gave the kids free mini frosty's and just bent over backwards to accomodate everything. District Manager happened to be in and I told him how helpful and accomodating the team was and...

Its started to get really chaotic and slow and then izzy stepped up to fix a bunch of mistakes made and did a really good job of finding the problem and pushing out orders as well as staying calm in a stressful situation
