The quality of service and food has dropped. Seems that the owners are the same but, not sure if they lost a cook or the love to cook. The place dining area is not clean. Left a lot to be desired. We order the red and green enchiladas and tacos the meat is dry and the chicken tasted like canned chicken. Not sure if the time we arrived was not the time to go for fresh food.

I went with a friend and we ordered a mix of street tacos and a burrito. The meats were all delicious. Both the red and green salsas were great. Overall, it was inexpensive and delicious! I highly recommend Andy's.
