Waited 15min in drive thru. Paid at window and they told us to wait in front of store so they can bring our food out. Waited another 5min before someone came out and said our card didn't go through. So we went inside just to have no one come to the front to help us. Thanks for the complete waste of time

Edit: I used the link to report the order and never heard back. It's been 2 months. I will not return until this is resolved. I won't go to any Arby's. Which is sad. I used to love the turkey sandwich. As a truck driver I usually go several times a month, and have for years.
What the heck happened here? I come here all the time and this time every one of the 3 sandwiches we ordered were not correct. All were missing multiple ingredients. Significantly wrong. This was supposed to be the roast turkey, ranch, and bacon. There's no bacon, no cheese, no tomato and 2 slivers of onion. I feel like it had full leaves of lettuce before as well. The quarter pound brisket sandwich was missing a lot of meat, it had no pickles and they gave us no sauce. The Ruben had no cheese. Whoever was working tonight needs training and I want a refund.

Do not order any wraps from here. They do not completely wrap the food. Mine wasn't even wrapped all the food fell half way out. Not good. Yikes. Could of had my lunch somewhere else by my work.

Went for the new Angus cheesesteak. Out of sauce. Ordered beef and cheddar. 1 little dollop of cheese. The other sandwich was the brisket. Again,1 tiny dollop of bbq sauce. At $11.99 for a sandwich, you expect more.
