This is my second time going to Arby's in Nampa the first time the hamburger was raw and I went in today told them to make sure the hamburger meet was fully cooked and again my meat was under cook gave another chance just to be disappointed 😞 never again

We stopped by to get some chicken sliders today. Usually the lady that takes our order sounds super cranky. Today Sawyer took our order and was super helpful and cheerful! You should give him a raise!
Please fix your hours online. They are incorrect. According to the sticker on their door they open at 10 am.

A+++. I ordered thru the app. Simple order, I was just craving some crinkle cut fries. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door and was asked if I placed the online order. When I said yes, she let me know they were being cooked up fresh and would be ready in 3 minutes(nothing better than those fries fresh from the fryer)!! Admittedly, I was having a rough day. Ashley was so nice and was able cheer me up with just her smile and great service! Thank you so much!!!

I ordered out a beef gyro and when I received it the bread was rock solid, lettuce was so brown all together inedible!

This review is for the location on Caldwell Blvd in Nampa. My wife had had one of their deluxe burgers previously (In Mountain Home) and raved about it, so this day we both ordered a deluxe burger, along with their curly fries and a drink. The burger is actually very good and enjoyable for a $6 burger. It had a tasty beef patty and plenty of toppings, although to me it seemed a bit dry. A little extra ketchup solved that issue. Kudos to Arby's. The curly fries are great as always, too. We will go back for burgers in the future.

I pulled up to order my food and had to wait about 8 minutes to be helped. The car that was behind me ended up leaving. I pulled up to the window to give my payment and there was nobody there. Then when I finally got my food i looked in the bag and saw there was a missing item and my double beef and chedder looked like the chedder was just thrown on and it was everywhere. It looked like it was understaffed and the one person working was having a bad day and stressing. I was the only one in like and the dine in was not busy at all.
