The staff at the Arby's in Nampa on 12 th Ave are friendly and very good ? with customer service. Plus fries ? ? are $1 after 8 p.m... every day. It is a great deal. ?However, the Lobby does close at 10 p.m. Place is always clean and has that cozy atmosphere.

Michelle at the drive thru had horrible customer service. My jamocha shake was clearly not mixed all the way, and normally they will remix it but Michelle refused. She gave me a short spoon to mix it on my own, I won’t be going here anymore. This is the second time I have experienced very rude workers here that don’t want to help.

Just moved to Nampa and wanted to try Arby's out. That was a mistake. I should of known by the look of the not so clean store that I should have walked right back out. The kid made fresh fries for us and then mixed them in with the old ones.He said he would trash the old ones but he did not. We didn't say anything got our food went home to eat it and opened the wrappers and our beef and cheddar buns were soggy with some kind of sauce spilling out of the package. I will not be eating at that Arby's again. Its going to be a long, long time before I even eat at another Arby's again.

Now I know why at 5pm on a Friday the place was dead. The kids working there were sitting in a booth talking and texting on their phones and seemed bothered we came in the door..Ordered 4 beef and cheddar and asked for fresh curly fries after seeing the girl load old ones into the container.the kid at the counter said he will dump the old ones but mixed the fresh with the old ones anyway. Took the food home a couple blocks away, the sandwiches were way over sauced like bleeding Arby's sause to the point the buns were soggy and gross the food seemed thrown together in a hurry so they can get back to the booth and cell phones its apparent this place needs better management

Service was very poor. I was having fun with the employees about it, but we had to wait and wait or loudly ask for some assistance multiple times while we dined in. They were likely short staffed, and they were working, but the service suffered majorly for it.
