So my wife orders her pie,it's 100 percent wrong and delivered to a picnic table not even our home or near our home..I went to the store with receipt and they absolutely fixed it and made my wife's day so much better..thank you for being upstanding .that's custome service .kudos

First time here at the pink bubble gum ice cream was to die for! However services could be better with the amount of people they had working as I was attended 10 minutes after the only person in front of me was helped and charged out:)

If I could give zero stars I would! Went in for an ice cream cake, a few other people walked in at the same time. We grabbed our cake and went to pay. One lady said she would be right with us and a second came from the back put stuff in the freezer then walked over to help the other girl out with the people getting cones and what not while we stood at the counter waiting to pay. One lady walked over and I informed her we only needed to pay and she said we had to wait. She got done scoping and walked over telling us we had to move over so she can take care of the other people. At this point we were frustrated, she finished with the other people then looked at us and said she will not be serving us and asked us to leave that we were not welcome to buy the cake we were trying to buy due to us being rude. At no point were we rude only frustrated after being told we had to wait for them to help the people wanting scoops of ice cream. This was very a very disappointing experience and I’ll be calling management and if she’s the manager, I’ll be calling corporate.

I order 2 sundaes $7.30 each and didn't even look like the picture in there website it was nice and full and we got ours it was nothing like that hardly any not even full to the top, for the price we should of gotten one like the picture.

What a joke! I was craving a sundae so I made my way to Baskin Robins. Havent been herr in a few years. I a 2 scoop Banana royal was 7 bucks. The scoop were child scoops. The hot fudge and caramel sauce would not pump out so scooped is out. I had 2 lumps of 1 of each in the bottom of my cup. The girl behind the counter was unfriendly and all the staff seemed to be grump unhappy and not wanting to be there. Its ice cream and should be a fun experience. I will ever go back! Stellas and the Stil are right down the street. I think ill give them a try the next tome I have a craving!

I hardly get any ice cream when I go there. There is a young sort of chubby blonde girl who barely gives me any ice cream. You would think she owns the place. It’s close to my house but I’ll be going to the one a little further away from now on. I’m finding chain restaurants here don’t meet the standard. Too many young people poorly trained.

These poor kids probably don't make enough money. Went through the drive thru 10 minutes before they closed at 11. We attempted to go inside the lobby but it closed at 10. The total was 19.85 for our family of 4 to each get a single scoop of something (this was a very rare outing with prices now). My husband literally said we could get a few tubs of ice cream for that price while we were waiting for our ice cream, absolutely correct. Well I went to check my bank account and since my husband said no to the reciept, it seems like the young kid added a 2.00 tip for themselves for a drive thru order that we didn't even eat there, my total charged was 21.85. Thinking back I did see the kid enter something but didn't even think he would be charging us more than what was spoken.

Me and my kids got out of the house to get some ice cream we went inside and there was three employee not one greeted or smiled. the one that helped us well we had to ask she didn’t even ask what would u like or would u like a sample not a smile, she looked like she hates her job. I worked in these jobs I was always showed to be a face of the job and smile and greet make people feel welcome it makes the atmosphere feel welcomed not the opposite.

My wife and I stood at the counter to look over the selection, there was no greeting or I'll be with you shortly. No acknowledgement whatsoever. There were 3 "kids" working on one order. Another 2 showed from the back but we still got no help. One was beboping around like he was listening to music - he also ignored us. Another couple walked into the store and received the same treatment. Now this was over the course of about 10 minutes. My wife and I left with no acknowledgement of any kind by the employees. The other couple left at the same time we did. This is some of the poorest customer service we have EVER received. Next time... probably not!

When she told me that she used child size scoops in the two scoops Sunday, I was like what? My husband ordered a banana Royale big huge chunks of banana and about the same amount of ice cream that I had which was half of one of the little tiny cups. Then she accused me of yelling at her… What is that about? I will be talking to her manager. I’ve been a Baskin-Robbins customer for many years . But I will never ever patronize this shop again.
