Baskin Robins on caldwell ave. keep up with their flavors. They let you have a taste of new flavors without problems. It's not busy as other places. They have a spacious parking lot, if you are in a rush you can try the drive thru way.

Hygiene needs to be talked about. In the nicest way not many of the employees look the most clean, and with working in a colder environment.. to smell BO and bad breath while ordering ice cream didn’t make my experience pleasant.

I had the best Customer service from Lizzie at the Nampa Baskin-Robbin’s. She was great and cared about what I wanted. I asked a guy there if they made Strawberry Sundaes and he didn’t know the answer and Lizzie popped up and said yes we have strawberry topping for a sundae. Lizzie needs to have a raise and if she’s not a manager she needs to be one, if she’s is one she needs to have a raise too. It’s because of people like Lizzie people keep coming back. I only want to go there because of her and her amazing personality. Thank you Lizzie. I hope you get everything you want in life!

The store was very dirty and there were lots of kids standing around not doing anything (like cleaning 🧼!) There was a long nasty hair in my mouth after I ate my Ice Cream 🍨 🤮🤢! I won't be going back again!

I did some remodeling right next to this Baskin Robins and the employees were incredibly kind and helpful. I went here almost everyday after work with my Dad because of how fun and chill the atmosphere was. 11/10 would come here every day if I live nearby, had the money, and wouldn’t be fat. Also shout out to the girl with the black hair in braids(?) for having based opinions on the taste of blue, and the person with the cool bumper stickers for letting me get some hot water for cleaning. Y’all are homies for that <3.

Every time we’ve come in here the kids working here make it pretty clear that they are pretty unhappy. Rarely get a smile or thank you or anything resembling decent customer service. I took my 2 year old here on 4/12/25 for a little treat and waited 15 minutes till they opened at 11, but they never opened. At 11:10 I tried the doors one more time but they were still locked. Won’t be coming back here again.
we were disappointed when we got our sundays. it was funny because each of us looked at the servings and thought...wth!!!???... portions were VERY limited...VERY. and the toppings were...well...very limited as well. 🤔 we thought we were given kid potions. guess the tariffs are affecting not just the prices but potions as well. 😂😂😂 Service was...🤔 but at least the ambiance was good and the restaurant was clean.
