My small family and I started coming to this location shortly after they opened. Over time the service has gotten worse and worse. Tonight, after giving them time for turn over after the last negative experience, unfortunately wasn't any better. The music was turned up so loud you had to yell with your table, the young woman behind the counter simply didn't have enough voice to be hurd in the environment, the topping ratio to price seems steep, it was a solid 10 minutes from taking our order to even beginning to build it. The staff team seemed to be in slow motion. THE EMPLOYEE (MALE) RUNNING THE OVEN DID AMAZING!
Really wish this location could figure it out.

Pizza was a little on the over done side. The young staff seemed a bit unorganized and not sure who was doing what. Our pesto garlic bread got lost in the disorganization and got delivered at the end of our meal.

I came in today for the deal of family for $35. I was very overstimulated by the way my day has been going. And the staff made me feel way better. They didn’t even realize they were helping but they were. My youngest was excited and all over the place, and I couldn’t completely get my thoughts together. The staff listened to her chat away about her doll while making her pizzas and it was extremely helpful. They gave me the five seconds to pull my thoughts together and breathe to focus on what I needed to ordered. The best part was they didn’t even realize they were being as amazing as they were. The general manager on duty was very accommodating to my husbands desire for lots of sauce and meatballs and Jacob the guy who built the pizza was very calm and patient with all the different orders while listening very well. The lady who cooked the pizzas was the one who entertained my daughter about her dolls while cooking and I couldn’t see her name but she helped a ton too. The entire staff deserves everything and more! From a mom about mental health, they killed it in the moment for my mind! Thanks so much!

I typically don’t have any issues with this location but tonight was awful. We waited an hour and many people were getting their food before us. My pizza came out burnt but I said it was fine because I had to go but my daughters pizza still wasn’t ready and finally he had it done and told me they had to remake it. I understand that they were overwhelmed and I didn’t complain but I am upset and I was waiting so long for food and we didn’t get to enjoy going out. Someone should have come out and said something to us. I should’ve got my money back and not waited. Now I can’t even eat mine because it was too burnt. I’m so frustrated

Met a friend here for brunch before going to see a play. First time there. We had the cauliflower crust pizza at the recommendation of an employee, and it did not disappoint. Oh, and we arent fans of cauliflower, but we never would have known! Thanks, Blaze Pizza!!

Its the best pizza joint in the city. Wouldn't choose anywhere else to go because they are fast, friendly, and a clean store. They are spot on when it comes to anyone's order.

I usually love blaze. Today at around 4pm I ordered a delivery for three pizzas. All of them were cold when they arrived. One of them was missing toppings and had some incorrect toppings. Another one was falling apart and had cheese and toppings on only half of the pizza, the rest was just plain crust. 🥹 Took this photo right after opening the box.

Did an online order and arrived 5 minutes before estimated ready time, then waited around until 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. There was a shelf for pick up that the email instructed us to look for our pizzas to be placed on. We finally asked about the pizzas which were apparently located boxed up laying around on the back counter with a bunch of other stuff, stone cold. The kitchen appeared to be in chaos.
Got home and had to bake them in the oven. Requested toppings were missing. Crust wasn't cut through. Best part is, upon ordering, the online platform forces you to tip for your cold incorrect pizza.
I do not recommend using blaze pizza online ordering.
