First time getting sandwiches here and it definitely won’t be the last! Hubs loved the Italian Traveler and my daughter and I thought the Monte Cristo was amazing!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while but finally had the opportunity to! The food was absolutely amazing, and the sandwich portion was impressive. Jenn was such a very happy person and a blessing. Everything was very clean. I can wait to go back and try the other sandwiches!

Came to the boxcar bistro met Jen she is very friendly. Her customer service is very very good just to remind you it's just her here. No one else for a party of 40 each will cost you around $25-$30 depending on what you get to eat. Everything we got was super tasty and very delicious. We will return again I am from out of state. So please be Patient, she provides tents and chairs for you to eat into wait

? BoxCar Bistro!!!! We were looking for breakfast food and the grilled cheese ? & breakfast ? options drove us to drive by. Great place for breakfast or a tasty sandwich made fresh. The owners Jen is super friendly and was so wonderful to explain the options. Which there are many. She has 4-5 cheeses ? plus the normal meal/deli choices and several breads plus a croissant (for $1 more). She is hardworking and tried to get our custom order of 4 out in 15-20min (it’s NOT a drive through so if you are pressed for time it’s not going to work)... It did give us a moment to sit and relax (tenet and chairs are adjacent to the food truck). She has 6-7 sauces available and great flavors to choose from. Breakfast can run you about $6-8 and sandwiches are more around $14-17 (please see picture of menu for specific sandwiches). Note: Google doesn’t tell you which side (left or right on the street; it’s just in the middle)… but it’s directly across the street (opposite side) from “American Construction Supply & Rental.”

Delicious. I'm so glad I took photos before I started or there would be none. Great customer service. Delicious sandwiches. This one is the train wreck hold the peppers. What was absolutely amazing was the chips, thick and delicious. About half way through I decided to try dipping one in the adjus. Oh my. Delicious. I may have a hard time trying others. They have extended hours Friday and Saturday till 8. Most food trucks in Nampa or only open a short time time midday. Go give Boxcar Bistro a try.

Had them come to my company a couple months ago, amazing full menu, everyone was happy. Had them come back today and they didn’t even mention they were going to serve a limited menu with only one big thing from the full menu and another choice of your own meat, bread, sauce with prices close to $20 per sandwich. Some walked away, some ordered.

Absolute rip off. Bought a cold sandwich for $19 dollars. Was not aware it was only a cold sandwich on normal rye bread. Definitely over priced and comparable to a gas station sandwich, only 4 times the price!

The owner is extremely friendly. When my card wouldn’t through she gave me the food so I would be taken care of and I came to pay her back the next day. I’ve never had any food service do that for me. And the food is really good with large portions. I could barely finish a half! I’ll come back anytime and highly recommend it.
