There are absolutely no words to fully describe how wonderful her food is, been there twice for the train wreck and it is my absolute favorite, it'll be difficult to try something else indeed though there are many tasty options. Try an Italian Cream Soda with it. You'll only be upset you haven't tried it before.

Jenn does some of the most delicious and presentable food in the valley. I'd highly recommend going to Boxcar Bistro and trying just about any of their delicious sandwiches! You won't be disappointed!

Boxcar Bistro is THE PLACE TO EAT when you find yourself in the Boise/Nampa area! The sandwiches we enjoyed today were SO FLAVORFUL and far superior to sandwiches you'll find anywhere else! Every ingredient was top-notch, from the meats and cheese to the bread.
We got there just before the lunch rush. People love this place! I'm so glad we stopped for lunch at the Boxcar Bistro in Nampa, Idaho today.
After the lunch rush, we were able to talk to the owner, Jenn Thacker. This business has grown from a dream in 2018 to a successful dream-come-true today! Way to go Jenn!

If you haven't had the Monte Cristo at BoxCar Bistro in Nampa, you're seriously missing out. This sandwich is a masterpiece—baked chicken and deli ham layered with Swiss cheese, tangy bistro sauce, and stone-ground mustard, all nestled between slices of white bread. Then, it's dipped in French toast batter, cooked to golden perfection, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with a side of seedless berry spread. The combination of savory and sweet is absolutely divine .
