“Now that the old owner is gone, I will be back again. The food is good and portions are nice sized. The staff is much more friendly without the old owner who could have tantrums with customers and staff.“

“Went there last night, Monday night, and had a great experience. Sat and chatted with a girl who works there before her shift started. Great conversation. Then our server was amazing!! He was on top of everything knew the whole menu, and everything that we could mix and match. He was kind and friendly, he was very respectful and made our night enjoyable. One of the best if not best male servers I've ever experienced anywhere. I didn't get his name but from my receipt it's S. Ernest. Super cool, super fun, and just an amazing experience with him. Left him a 25$ tip. That good.“

“I use the Middleton location since it's close to my home. The food is good and I enjoy the staff, there all friendly. Emma is usually who serves us. She is on top of her game. She knows the orders and our preferences. Good employees like her make coming in to eat almost effortless. Brian Fendley“

“We were a party of 20 visiting for a family reunion/wedding. We called ahead of time to let the staff know about our large group. Upon arrival they were very accommodating with only having to wait a few minutes. The staff, food, and our entire experience was amazing. We will definitely come back next time we visit Idaho. Thank you The Griddle and all their staff for a wonderful breakfast and a great experience.“
