Gray was an awesome waitress! She was very attentive and nice! Get the Mac n cheese burger! It's amazing!! I love the crusted parmesan on the burger! My husband got the Beer cheese, cheese steak. He said it was really good too.

I called in and placed an order for takeout, when I arrived and checked in I was told that my food was not ready I decided to grab a drink at the bar while I waited assuming I would get some sort of text or that they would let me know when my food was ready It was a busy night so I didn't anticipate that it would be done soon but after an hour and my beer finished I went up to go check on it only to be told that my order had been ready for a while and that they do not notify anyone once the orders are ready. I was not told this once I checked in and if I had known I would have checked on the food sooner. Now our food is cold and had to be reheated and a portion of mine night wasted. I know I have been notified for my to go orders previously so not sure why that stopped now but the gal who told me was extremely rude when I asked. The bartender was great and friendly. Will be a very long time before I come in again.

Came in for brunch And everything was great couldn’t decide between wings or a burger so I ended up getting both had some to take home😊. It was delicious I haven’t been here in a while and it was Awesome to see several new things on the menu that I didn’t know about the service and the quality of the food was great. I really enjoyed it.

The server was confused and didn't know where to sit us. The fries were recooked and they were hard to eat. We asked for fry sauce and the server went to get it and never came back. We had to find someone to get our ticket to pay. We were extremely disappointed!

Got food ordered, forgot fries and my kids wont even eat my fries I gave em. The bone in buffalo wings I got are hard and dry. My wifes burger had brown lettuce all in the middle of it. And forgot the bacon on my burger. $101 dollars. Thanks guys. Manager/owner needs to be on the job more it seems.

Every time I go in here it’s a nightmare. Service is bad and the food is always cold. I will not be returning anytime soon.
I dont reccomend going to this location at all unless you are okay with slow service. We received our food before we got our drinks (one alcoholic drink (which they got wrong) and a pepsi) after being reassured by our waitress 2 of 3 times that drinks were on the way. We also didn't get any napkins or straws until asked. It took our waitress over 10 mins to even greet us. No drink refills were offered and then waited 15-20 mins to get our check. I highly recommend going to the meridian location that is staffed with better waitresses. Our wings were also stale and the large order of fries felt more like the regular size. Our waitress paid more attention to talking to her coworkers then her tables. At the same time we were there, there was multiple other tables complaining about the slow service from this same waitress

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I have unfortunately had many terrible experiences at this location. My most recent experience included a 2 hour wait for my food, drinks that took forever to get to our table (same thing when we asked for refills), and a waitress who was super busy which caused her to be pretty absent. Out of 10 times that I’ve been here I have to say I’ve had maybe 1 or 2 positive experiences. Common themes include waiters and waitresses that are too busy or have poor attitudes. Food and drinks always take a long time. Half of the time the wings are cold or are not very good. I like coming here to watch sporting events with friends, but after this experience I don’t know if I can come here again. I was hoping there would be improvements but it’s always the same experience. I tried describing the issues here so that they can truly improve the experience but it’s way too many times for me not to comment about it. In my opinion it is not some small changes that need to be made, but a whole reconstruction of their process.

Nampa location has gone completely downhill. Dined in last night with a party of 8, waitress stood at far end of table and made us yell our orders to her, she kept asking what everyone wanted several times didn’t help that the music was so incredibly loud. When we finally started to get food about an hour after we were sat all the wrong things were coming out. Almost no one at my table got what they actually ordered. One of our party waited until everyone was finished eating until they got their burger, no one could get refills, beer was ordered before we even placed our food order, it sat at the bar until we flagged down the waitress for our checks. She wouldn’t come around and hand anyone their food, made us all pass it around. Same with receipts and cards. Most horrible service I’ve ever received anywhere. Our entire party of 8 will never return to this location

EVERY single time we are here the service is so extremely slow... it is not uncommon for us to wait at least an hour for food or drinks. We thought that maybe it was just because of coming during a busy time but service is still extremely slow even when we do not come at a busy time. Our last three experiences here have NOT been good. We have often had to go up to the bar to get refills or drinks. Would love to go, but will be choosing a different place next time! 😒
