I got a to go order for 20 wings and 3 different flavors. Once I got home I noticed they shorted me five wings. Amd to too it off got all the flavors wrong. The manager was very nice and offered me a $30 gift card. Fine and dandy, crap happens. Go back in to use it. Three tables in the restaurant, one waiter. He was nice but not attentive. 50 minutes and I had to ask where my wings were. There were ppl who arrived after us getting there wings. When the waiter came back by asked for them to go. They mixed mango habenero and wild with BBQ, so my kids couldn't eat theirs. Now given they did re make them and separate them this time. But really the whole experience was a load of crap. That being said the employees were nice. Once I got home I realized the chicken was all breading and like 8 nuggets. In what should have been 30 nuggets. This company sucks.

I’ve had 2 bad experiences here, but got a gift card so I had to use and I went there tonight at 5pm. It wasn’t busy, the bartender(Emma) was great. Got my food 30 minutes later. Food was cold, and looked like it sat for a while. As you can see on the picture the cheese on my nachos are already hardened, and wings are cold and inedible. I complained to the manager(Jeff), he apologized and wanted to make it right. But honestly lost my appetite and declined his offer to remake food and just wanted to finish my drinks. As you can read from the recent reviews, I would avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Worst BWW ever. It’s never fails whether we dine in or order online. ( Our mistake for giving the benefit of the doubt ) But geez dining in is horrible your food comes out in different times & takes forever. Order for delivery our chicken sandwich came with 1 out of 2 buns & missing our veggie sticks & chicken tenders. Bunch of idiots working the kitchen. We finally learned our lesson Never again.

Let me start by saying I’ve ordered BWW a lot and never really had major issues. Tonight, we ordered chicken for the Super Bowl and half way into my meal, I bit into a piece of chicken that was NOT chicken. It was the consistency of fat or something and had a foul taste, it was squishy and white nearly see through. It does not look like the other chicken pieces.. I immediately spit it out and vomited. I was unable to get a refund through Uber eats. I’m just disgusted and will probably never have wings again.😭

When ordering nachos I imagine some scrumptious tortilla chips some cheese i also asked for chilling, I received what was some experimental concoction: when you get through all the extra veggies you finally find the chili but unfortunately they must have ran out of cheese they should have named it veggies chips. I got the traditional wings those where amazing I recommend parmasean garlic and hot wings delicious. Service lacked it was busy due to an event but my food took longer than the table next to mine and we bot had a table for 2. Overall our server Lauren took forever to get our oder, drinks and desert order not my worst time but not anywhere close to being good the best part was my wings get them I recommend.

We place a order for dinner for delivery and after 2 hours we called to see what was happening and they notified that the gave my order to a random person and didn't know what happened. I asked if they were going to make it right and the Manager Jody said it was not her problem that we should complain to doordash not her. If I could give 0 start I would. Never again will I go or order from this place. Do not recommend at all!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I use to love buffalo wild wings however the service has become an absolute disgrace. Waited 15 mins for no one to even come greet us. Finally asked a server passing by. She was in training (Janelle) very nice and got our drinks and food order immediately. My mom’s food came out and 15 min later my food was still MIA. when we brought it up to the server (purple hair) she became very defensive and combative. She was beyond rude to my mom and fought with her about how that’s just how things are there. As I stated the trainee was super nice but I am shocked at the attitude of the girl training her. So disappointed

Normally don’t leave reviews any were but picked up 40 boneless wings and they were the worst wings iv had in my entire life, the size of popcorn chicken and all breading no chicken inside and so dry it tasted like it was 2 weeks old. Worst wings iv ever had! Speechless..

Only the waiter gets a tip he deserves it. They do not have enough staff and plenty of people are waiting more than an hour to get seated with plenty of open tables. One wait person is not enough to handle 3/4 of the restaurant. Food was cold and subpar not worth the prices that they charge. First and last time here. Will NOT be coming back...EVER!!!
