I absolutely love the food here. It is real food. Compared to McDonald's it's 100% better. I got some fries and a chicken sandwich from here today and the fries are so crispy and fresh I love it. And the chicken sandwich is a 10 out of 10.

The assistant manager, Juan, took our order for us. I'm not a super picky eater, but I did request a different sauce. This man not only offered different options, he went back to make sure the kitchen knew what I was requesting. He never once made it seem like it was a big deal, and he was kindness in itself. Overall, he displayed a level of friendliness that we just don't often enough get to experience.
Burger King at 90 2nd St S Nampa, ID Thoroughly disgusted by these people who work here! Nampa is home to many chain restruants however this one is DOOMED in my eyes. Food negative stars, fries overly salted and stale, burgers horribly made and were unappetizing, missing a whole large fry, the bag was greasy spilling out of the sides, and the soda was flat. Honestly the worst experience Nampa has to offer is this place. Burger King? I'd say Burger Don't and never again at this place!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Went through the drive through to get our food, didn’t get a thank you but we moved and not worried about it. Upon getting home to eat. Found out we were missing some food. So we try to call the location and no one answered, it said they were unavailable and I worked in retail for a bit so I know. Their phones must have been down because no way there were busy cause it’s like a 5 min drive home. So I go to the app and to try and use it but, I needed a receipt. They didn’t put one in the bag at all so I can’t even get my order fixed. Service was terrible and I hope they fix this soon.

I came in for lunch this Saturday around 1pm and my order was completely messed up. About the third time it’s happened this month and I come almost every time I’m off work, I went back in to get it fixed and the younger manager had a very unpleasant attitude. Very snappy. I told her what happened and she forcefully took my receipt and instantly gave off an annoyed feeling. Ended up getting my order but your guys customer service needs some attention

How do you run out of coffee? I mean really? The food was fine and employees are nice, but when there is no coffee at 8:30am on a weekday is unacceptable.
