I came in for lunch this Saturday around 1pm and my order was completely messed up. About the third time it’s happened this month and I come almost every time I’m off work, I went back in to get it fixed and the younger manager had a very unpleasant attitude. Very snappy. I told her what happened and she forcefully took my receipt and instantly gave off an annoyed feeling. Ended up getting my order but your guys customer service needs some attention

How do you run out of coffee? I mean really? The food was fine and employees are nice, but when there is no coffee at 8:30am on a weekday is unacceptable.

Pretty disappointed with this brand now. Burger King used to be really good, but now it's getting close to being like another fast food brand that is of poor quality. Decided to try the Bacon Melt meal today and went through drive-thru. Ordered and got my meal as soon as I got to the window. Unusually fast for just ordering just a few minutes prior.
Got home and learned why it came so fast. The 'Melt' was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted at all because the bacon, patties and bread were cold. The fries were also cold and tasted old too.
At least my drink had no temperature issues.

I ordered online, and went through the drive through. Like I usually do. Nothing unusual there. But when I got there, they asked me to pull around front. And they would bring my food out to me. Nothing unusual there. Then I waited. And waited and waited. And can you guess what I did next. That's right. I waited some more. Over 20 minutes. And I finally had to go inside and they were like what? It's right here had been the whole time. Are you serious right now. You just decided to leave my food sitting there for no good reason at all. You know what that's okay I guess. I understand now.

May I say that I appreciate how this place still has self serve soda (unlike the other McClown chain that is doing away with self serve, and feels like a dystopian bank/office.)
Super friendly guy that said they could make lunch stuff, even though it was technically Bfast time. It was nice knowing I had the options 🤩😁

The place is ran by a bunch of twenty year Olds who don't care about the customers or the facility. The food is extremely skimpy, even by fast food standards. The Mexican street corn whopper was just a sauce with no corn. The pictures on the menu showed one thing and burger King gave something else. False advertisement. What happened to "at BK, you rule"?
