Our server Buffy was awesome, she suggested drinks that both my wife and I loved. The bartender, Josiah made my wife's huckleberry lemon drop perfectly, my wife loved it. My cider was amazing. My wife has the classic burger with fries and I built my own burger. They were some of best burgers we've ever eaten. Definitely going to be a regular stop from now on

Worst cocktail ever. I ordered a Peachberry punch. It was the most watered down thing I’ve ever had. It didn’t even seem to have a drop of alcohol in it. It tasted like it was made 2 days prior and left outside in the sun. Not worth the $12. A capri sun has more flavor. I didn’t try the food. I won’t be back due to being very disappointed. I had higher expectations.

You enter the Holiday In in Nampa and you ask where Burger Theory is. They point to an area with what looks like a pop up bar with 3-4 booths and 3-4 tables. Your expectations are low. But, SURPRISE! This is a great restaurant. It serves more than burgers, but the burgers are awesome. My mother-in -law and I had the farm fresh burger. I had my patty cooked medium and it was cooked perfectly. The burger had Boursin cheese, sautéed red peppers, mushrooms, and grilled onions. All the ingredients went so well together and the burger was delicious perfection. I had fries with it and the fries were seasoned well and best of all, not greasy. If you’re craving a good burger make your way to Burger Theory.
This was my second time eating at the restaurant and only my second night at the hotel and they’re both amazing. My absolute favorite thing about eating here has been Jodie she’s super nice super fun and just such a wonderful bartender and person. She was able to read my mind the first time I ate there and picked out the most perfect burger toppings that ended up being exactly what I wanted. She’s also very attentive and always kept my glass full whether it be water soda or an ice cold beer. The burgers are also delicious and the same with the onion rings. The burgers are large and juicy and the onion rings are honest to god the best I’ve ever had. All in all my experience with this place has been 10/10 for everything and I’m gonna be sad when I have to leave

This used to be a great hamburger in Nampa. Just left there, soggiest hamburger ever! Much like what you would get if you microwaved a frozen hamburger but not quite long enough. Used to be our favorite place. Won't be going back.

WOW, it was all GREAT, just drove 300 miles, and was thusty and hungrey, good cold beer's and wine, they had a place to put 35ft trailer and pickup, food was EXCELLENT, service was EXCELLENT, JOSIAH was EXCELLENT as a bar tender and as a conversationalist, loved his stories and he listened to us, also I LOVED the little KIDS and parents who came in after the kid's baseball games, WE LOVED IT!! Food was also EXCELLANT!! and if it weren't for Alisha we never would have stopped by, when we called she was courteous, very PROFESSIONAL, and was very patient in answering all questions we had, kudos to all hotel staff, THANKS to Alisha for helping us out when we were tired and very hungry after a travel day

A very clean and nicely decorated restaurant inside the Holiday Inn in the Marketplace in Nampa. There is a full bar, with half a dozen or so beers on tap. Surprisingly, only one other group was there at the time. Of course, In-n-Out opened right next door. I hope it doesn't hurt business too much.
The squeeze and I shared the Ultimate Sriracha Burger. It has Swiss cheese, bacon, grilled onion, lettuce, tomato Sriracha Glaze and Sriracha mayo. Served on a potato bun or lettuce wrap with choice of side. Very good flavors but not real spicy. The meat didn't seem like it was seasoned before cooking, but it still had good flavor. The bun was very good and the onion rings were excellent.
Our visit was Sunday, 3/16, in the evening. The service was great, but again, hardly anyone there. They have happy hour every day from 4-7 and also have dinner specials.

While nostalgic eaters wait in their cars for 45 minutes next door, I was in a comfortable booth with a TV and the best burger I have ever had. Fries were in my top 10, onion rings were good, shrimp po'boy was nice to have. My friend was impressed with the available drafts. Highly recommend and be prepared to be wowed.
