Burger Theory Nampa, Idaho

The burger theory was not worthy of that 4.1 star rating.
I ordered two burgers being a double patty and chicken {both being make your own}
Our order was taken back due to both orders missing bacon & the double was missing its 2nd patty.
Once it came back the double patty was already soggy and my chicken was not fully cooked nor did it taste seasoned.
Our fries came back cold but were tasty when they had first came out.
For a 24$ burgers i had expected to get the experience.
The appetizer being the pretzels with cheese is the best part of my meal experience there and our servers where polite.

Service is slow! Food, depending on the day, is ok. Our last experience we were in a rush, only about 8 - 10 people in the restaurant and it took over an hour to get our food. The salad we ordered looked to have a pub hair in it or a thick, long eyelash. When we brought this to the attention of our server she came back and said "my manager apologizes about the hair." Manager couldn't even take the time to walk out. Would we eat here again... maybe, but highly unlikely.

Terrific burger - did build your own. Blue cheese on pretzel roll. Excellent cocktails try the cucumber lime cooler with vodka.

Arrived about 7:15pm on a Friday evening. Wasn't too busy and was quite a peaceful atmosphere. Ordered a massive Double BT Boss 16oz burger with onion rings, order of house fries, a Lone Star burger with fries, and an order of Chips and Salsa. It was all super good, hot and fresh! Wait staff was amazing, friendly, and interactive. Definitely recommend! They also offer salads and sweet potato fries! At the time of this review they are running a $3 off promotional on the burger section of the menu!
Restaurant is located next to the lobby of the Holiday Inn on the main floor.

2nd attempt trying this place 2nd time being told the kitchen closed early.

First time visitors tonight. My husband had a double burger, I had a single. Bun is toasted and buttered. Juicy sloppy burger ?, very tasty. Had a side salad. Will try the fries next time. Husband had 2 Bloody Mary's and said that they were the best he's had in years. High quality beef used. Took a little longer to get order bc the patties are fairly thick so they take a little longer to cook. Very friendly manager and waitstaff.

firstly, finding it was a little hard its inside of the holiday Inn. service was great our server was a sweet little alternative lady and she was very nice, and prompt with our drinks and food. Provided great service and we could see the bartender whipping up fancy drinks that looked great (we don't drink but we like to admire). The food is where it starts going down hill. We got recommended here and told it was great so Im wondering if this is just an off day. The I ordered a Philly burger medium on a potato bun with slaw on the side. a well Philly burger on a regular bun is what I got I was already a couple bites I and I feel horrible complaining plus it wasn't a big mistake so I kept on munching. the slaw however was GOD AWFUL, I love slaw ive had some peppery slaw and some vinegary slaw but this literally tasted rancid it hit my mouth and immediately got ejected into my napkin. My friend took one wiff of it and was disgusted it smelt rancid too. my friends burger came out correct except she added jalapeños and they didn't put them on (the waitress made sure we didn't get charged for them she was very apologetic and offered another burger ) other than that her food was good. It wasn't to expensive it was very decently priced but don't know if I'd go back. Your service staff and front of house is great your back of house needs to lay off the penjamin while working.
