Shout-out to Jo, Hope and Brekah for their amazing customer and food services tonight! We were immediately given a warm welcome, and they were all happy to go above and beyond and answer any questions we may have had!
The facility was clean, and everything was prepared perfectly! These 3 ladies deserve bonus stars!
Cafe Zupas is great, but the past few times at this location have been disappointing.
The time before last was already following a previous poor experience there: I ordered through the app for pickup in store. I got the text that my food was ready as I got to the light right before their shop—perfect timing! I go in to get my food to find they hadn’t actually started making it yet.
This last time, I had been sick and needed to eat something substantial and it sounded good. I ordered (app again) the HBC with the mango berry salad since it’s a better deal than just the sandwich by itself. I got home to find my sandwich was only a slice of tomato and a slice of bacon. Sorely disappointed, I called. They said they’d refund the sandwich. For a $13 (pre-tax) pick two order, they refunded me <$5. If the sandwich is only worth $5–not even 1/2 the order price—why charge $8.19 for it by itself?
I like the food (typically), but not this location. I’ll likely not eat there again unless I have time to order in person and eat there.
*Edited to add: neither of these experiences were at peak dining times.

Love this place so much. Everything I have eaten is amazing.
Portions are getting smaller and smaller. Not worth the money. They are VERY STINGY even if you pay for extra ingredients they charge you but give you barely anything. It's absolutely insane how little of an ingredient they give even when you pay for extra. Total rip off. It was laughable tonight?? First time I came here I loved it. I come here near 2 times a month and the quality just gets worse everytime. Enjoy our hard earned money you have just lost 2 regular customers.

Wheelchair accessibility: The dining room is navigatable with a wheelchair and there are many tables open for wheelchair accessibility. The perimeter provides Booth seating and a good view of the boulevard , which is perfect for traffic watching (ooh la la). This point being important because the large windows are really nice for opening up the otherwise small restaurant space.
The service was friendly and surpassed my expectations. Both the lobster bisque and curry soup were amazing. The Mediterranean bowl was a little underwhelming, but not bad.
Way overpriced food. The mushroom bisque had separated from overheating and had a large amount of oil in the cups.

I got the lobster soup it was nasty made me feel like throwing up and gag/ the salad the croutons where stale and hard to bite but the dressing on it was good chocolate strawberry that they give with each order was the best thing
