I cater from Zupas like it’s a religion. I love using this chain. They are always on time, orders are accurate. The food is amazing!!!
The desserts are straight up addicting.

The only thing I ordered was two regular sized cups of chocolate covered strawberries. Cost me $29 and some odd change. My displeasure of service begins by me standing at the cash register with my infant in her seat- waiting to have my order taken for ten minutes.... Mind you I'm the only person in line. Second displeasure is the fact it took 25 minutes for the lady to make 2 very messy cups of strawberrys. The first cup of chocolate strawberries had already started to harden by the time I was given both cups because that's how long it took to make them. So you can only imagine my frustration with the fact that I couldn't even eat an entire cup of strawberries I paid for. The atmosphere is giving they didn't want to be there working and they didn't want to have customers ordering.

First of all the entire line was completely organized and everyone was helping all the guest. I was in during lunch on friday and it was extremely busy yet most gave their time to ask how I was. The girl at the cash register, I believe her name was Kelsie, was really nice and patient when talking to me about the Cafe Zupas app. Exceptional customer service and delicious food. Overall a delightful expirence!

Really like the food... But the last several times dining in we've been disgusted with how dirty it is. There nearly an hour and not crowded, trash on majority of tables and floors. Beverage area was NOT clean. Bathroom was disgusting.

We ordered 2 sandwich/soup combos and a protein bowl for takeout. Everything was good except paying $14 for a protein bowl that wasn’t even filled hardly (see pictures) It would be nice if you get what you pay for.

First off, the lady making my salad was rude. I said “here” but she made it to go. I asked if they didn’t mix the dressing anymore and she said it was to go. I asked for it “here” and if she would mix the dressing. She acted like I had asked her to do some difficult task. She then kept telling me to go down the line and they’ll have the salad for me. I said I need to customize it so I’ll wait and she said to tell her. I said it’s quite a bit I would prefer to tell them as they’re making it. Again, scoffed at me.
Then they stated they were out of grilled chicken. At 6:58 dinner time??
Once it was finished, and I settled for roasted chicken which I don’t like as much, I waited approx 4 minutes to pay (nobody in line) while my salad sat on top of the counter. The employees were chatting and wandering around getting food.
Finally paid and sat down. I went back up to ask for black pepper and was told that Zupas discontinued it. Huh? There were salt shakers galore available. Majority of people I know put pepper on salad. Ok, whatever.
Sat back down to eat, and noticed my ”large salad” was only half full and the size of a small. Zupas is ridiculous with ingredients, stingy. For $12, I expected at least the bowl to be full.
The dining area was a mess, hardly any clean tables to sit at. The soda machines were all sticky and had standing soda in the tray. And to top things off, the garbage was overflowing. I counted seven employees working behind the counter, and only one person in line. They certainly had enough people to empty the trash. I won’t be returning.

How you do anything is how you do everything and the bathrooms are really bad. If the bathroom is that dirty then how bad is the kitchen. Likely won't be attending this location anymore.

Supper yummy food
It's a money trap, do not order here. 29$ one person meal.
The most disappointing restaurant ever, I ordered a BBQ Brisket sandwich, with extra meat. With a Candy Cane Chocolate Cup, and a regular soda cup for powerade.
14$ The sandwich was no bigger than my hand, and barely enough to eat. 5 extra dollars for the extra meat and it still was a disappointment. It was still a mid sandwich.
12 DOLLAR The candy cane chocolate cup, was just a strawberry cup with chocolate, and melted marshmallows in it. It was disappointing as well. YOU WOULD THINK THAT being $12 it would be decently big... No, it's the size of a regular soda cup disappointing as well.
The Soda Cup was 3 dollars. I could have just taken that home, fill it with strawberries and put a bunch of chocolate syrup all over it and Get the same result.
A 29 dollar meal and the worst part is, I am still hungry.
At least the service was good and the place looked nice, and for a good reason their shiny deceit only hid their greed.
Unfortunately the employees are not safe from Zupas greed either,
for all of Zupas grandeur and prices, the employees are paid 9$ per hour, 9!
Don't and I repeat DON'T eat here ever.
Oh yeah, and they threw in a extra chocolate covered strawberry... AS IF THAT'S SUPPOSED TO MAKE UP FOR THE INSANE PRICE!

Service is exceptional, the food is mediocre at best. I ordered a combo of chicken enchilada soup with an avocado Cesar salad. It looked delicious but the salad was mostly shredded lettuce with like 3 tiny pieces of avocado and 4 croutons. The roll was really good and so was the chocolate covered strawberry. The amount of food and quality does not equate to the price. This was a good option bc my husband and I were sick, that's it.

First time here. Lots to choose from salads, sandwiches and lots of different soups. I ordered the lobster bisque soup. And Italian sandwich. The wife ordered the mango salad. Daughters also had salads. This restaurant is a must visit when ever our daughters are in Boise. Friendly service and fast. Clean . Salads are sure good and the portions are huge. Check out pictures of menu and selection of salads. Definitely we will be back.
