My son and I decided to try the Free Hangover burger because it looked so good in the picture.
First, the app gave me all kind of trouble trying to create my account. It took over half an hour and trying each different way, i.e. email, FB, Google acct... It was frustrating to say the least.
Upon ordering I asked what came on the burger and the guy just pointed at the picture. I couldn't tell from that what sauces or cheeses it had, so I asked again.
In the middle of my order, the guy stepped over to the next register and proceeded to take the drive thru order, making me wait to finish mine; and it was just the burger and onion rings!
And to top it all off, the food was barely warm. Burger and onion rings aren't very good if they're not hot.
I bet it would have been yummy if it were hot, but no.
But, hey! The lobby seemed to be fairly clean and quiet.

Says our Cashiers name was Maria, and I hope thats the right person because she was amazing! She greeted us, took our order, and even brought it to our table. She was constantly moving and wiping stuff down the entire duration we were there. She was an absolute rockstar.

Drive through purchase. Ordered a western bacon burger meal. A guacamole bacon cheese burger and got this. Yuck yuck YUCK!! This literally fell out of my burger!

I ordered a angus Guacamole bacon burger and for that price, I would hope I got more guacamole than I did. Every bite should have a taste of guacamole but unfortunately I couldn’t even taste it. Kinda rude that the people here don’t make the food as if they were eating it. I should have chosen the other 5 fast food places next to them. Thumbs down, won’t be back. (Look at how much guacamole I got in my burger, hardly any) rip

My order was made incorrectly but they fixed it promptly and the food was delicious.
I am an ex-employer, when I first started working there i had good hours everyone was nice, but over time things started to get weird my hours were cut and i would ask my manger for hours, but she said it was too slow for labor hours. So i asked one of my coworkers while i was working and he said that the manger told him that she didn't want me working the hours she scheduled me. Many times when i would work i couldn't understand her and many times she did not know the words to use and very much so ended up in misunderstanding and me having to take the blame for not understanding. On my third day of working my Manger yelled at me for the cash register not working and letting a 5 dollar meal not get recorded. Other times when she made me work a 9-4 i would work only work for 30 minutes then have a lunch break at 9:30 in the morning resulting in not actually having a lunch and not enough energy to get through the day. Many times when i texted her about situations i would get left on delivered for a day or two. I've told her the days i was busy and i got scheduled so i had to leave my personal duties for work, on the weekends she would schedule me to work 1-4, but many times those were slow hours or filler hours for someone else, other instances i would get sent home and only worked for an hour and a half. Later i put in my two weeks, i worked maybe 2 or 3 times during that but on one of my days i was sick i lost my voice and had a mild fever, my coworkers sent me home. I texted my boss i couldn't work those days, i didn't get any reply. The next day i was removed from group chats. Couple days later she texted me that she was ready to give me my check. I was basically fired from calling in sick during my two week notice.

This man named will or William i’m not too sure what his name was, but he took over five minutes to get back onto the mic and speak to us and take my order I specifically told him I wanted pepper jack cheese with my spicy chicken and other than that, I had to wait an extra 10 more minutes outside to get my food and I clearly told him I wanted ranch and he only gave me fry sauce And I only asked for ranch moral of the story he completely messed up my order and I’m not very happy about this so I think he should get fired ??
