Got a famous star in a combo meal and the fries taste like dirty dirty fry oil that hasnt been filtered out, the burger had so much extra sauce the bun couldnt even stay together, and the burger itself was cold. Every time through this location the food has been really hit or miss but the dirty fry oil definitely takes it, I just want edible food for the steep price tag they seem to want to charge.

Delicious food and great service. The indoor play area is always a hit with my child. The only reason for not giving a 5 star is just the price. It was like 16 bucks for a burger, fries and a drink. Thats practically dine in restaurant prices for fast food. Other fast food locations can feed 3 people for that price.

Came for a late lunch and to let kids play. No one else in the lobby at that time. Western bacon burger was good. Fries were not fresh, I’d have figured they’d have had to drop fresh ones with nobody in sight but I guess not.
Service was good, pretty simple order and condiments provided upon request, not much else we could need.
Aside from that, just curious how often the kids place gets a deep clean. The rubber mat floor didn’t look terrible but lots of crumbs etc. in the cracks like it could use a deep clean. Overall, we’ll be back so kids have a place to play indoors and lunch option. Hopefully food will be a bit more fresh and play place will look cleaner (not bad currently).

I like the burgers, but it's hard to understand the girl who takes the order, she doesn't always get what I am ordering, sometimes it's right, but mostly it's not, she's nice but does not understand English, please get someone else to take orders.
DT#99 12/9/25 I ordered a double guacamole baccon burger, no guacamole on it, it shows it on the receipt paid 14.19 for this meal expect it to be right.,tried calling multiple times no answer, what is up this this

Wouldn’t it be nice if they put condiments on your burger? My double big Carl cheeseburger was cooked ahead of time and tasted like it. There was NO condiments on it, AND not one French fry in my order was over 1 1/2” long! Must have the rookie crew working today!
