In general I'm a fan of Carl's Jr. The food at this restaurant is what you'd expect. My family enjoys it. This location in particular is one of my favorite places to take the kids. The play place here is nice. Pretty big and is clean. Also I can see in from the dining area. The restaurant, including bathrooms, is always clean and pleasant. The staff here is excellent. I have never had an issue with my order, and the couple times I've seen/heard people that did have issues they got it fixed for them no problem. Also, I don't go here super often but I have had them bring my food to the table I was planning to sit at before I was even done getting all the drinks. She said "You usually sit here so I put your stuff here, is that ok?" It was great. And we always make a little mess. I try to clean up after the herd of kids I bring but someone usually comes and starts cleaning and tells me to not worry about it.

This location has improved immensely over the last 5 years. Mistakes can happen but the employees and manager work quickly to fix any problems that arise. Food is normally hot and fresh. Over the last 10 visits I have only had one problem and that was a mistake of how many patties they placed on my burger.
Overall carls junior remains top of its class along side mcdonalds for freshness and flavor.

I'm not wanting to leave a bad review unless it's been a couple bad experiences every time I have a step foot into this Carl's Jr three times the tables are never clean the playground is filthy there's trash on the floor and we end up leaving why we return I don't know this caused you in specifically disgusting save yourself the time don't even stop it and if you notice whenever you pull up there's never any traffic it's never packed and there's never busy every other restaurant around it will be busy but they will not be I wonder why?

I just want to give a shout out to deborah, she went above and above and above and beyond for me today! She was kind and thoughtful and patience and helped out the customer and me and I just want her to get a big credit from her higher-ups because it is so hard to find great customer service in this day and age, it's hard to work in customer service and be great in the state age and she is doing it! Please give her a big recognition and a huge hug and pat on the back because that is the kind of person everyone should strive to be, and she's phenomenal!
Service was acceptible. HOWEVER, do NOT under any circumstances take your kids here and eat here at your own risk.
First the food: cold burgers. The cheese wasn't even melted. It was as if someone made my burger an hour before I arrived.
The Atmosphere: Absolutely filthy. Dead flies in the windows, tables with stuck on ketchup, and bathrooms that rival even the filthiest truck stops I have ever seen. The kids' play area smelled horrendous and there was not a clean booster seat or high chair in sight.
All in all, I had one bad experience at this drive thru, but coming back for dine-in with my family explains everything. This is not to say Carl's Jr is bad, but THIS specific place on Nampa-Caldwell blvd is bad and borderline dangerous.
